I have the same experience but i bought mine at Jurong point. I make several calls to Sea Horse but failed to get anyone, even they had picked up the call, they gave reason that the person in charge is out. Waited till next call, they just tell me NOT ABLE TO REPAIR. THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR BED FRAME. NO NO NO...

Pathetic delivery arrangement. When accepting payment everything say no problem, set the delivery timing from 10am-2pm. The day before the delivery sms stating 3pm-6pm. The problem is I not at home, how to deliver? I called sengkang seahorse and they hung up my phone, called the delivery man and he said maybe the bed is 10am-2pm frame is 3pm-6pm. Is this a joke? Bed and frame different timing arrive nevermind but still different time slot? Simply pathetic.

Not recommend to buy if you are not aware of what you need for yourself. 1. Sales staff knowledge on mattress is absolute zero. They only know how to push sales and ask u buy their products. So I recommend you do try out the mattress for yourself, and do research before u intend to purchase. 2. Over promises and Irresponsible after sales services. In the end also late on promises. During purchase, informed u that the mattress is custom made, when u order, the factory will start production process in next 2-3 days, and can deliver in within 3-4 weeks. In the end, at near delivery date (2-3 days before), call you to inform you cannot delivered. And say it's not their responsbility for not being able to fufill. And when asked when can delivered, they say don't know. And all they say, is u just need to wait again for their call.

Regretted not reading the reviews here before placing an order for a sofa, mattress and bedframe here. Sofa delivery time was stated between 3-7pm, there was no call at all from any Seahorse representative to inform on whether delivery will be delayed or whatsoever. Calls to the store went unanswered too. Disposed of our old sofa and we are all sitting on the floor now. Bedframe and mattress was scheduled to be deliver before CNY towards end January, now it makes me wonder if they are able to even fulfill that on time too? So many comments regarding their bad delivery standards and it seems like that they do not give a heck on whether customers receive their goods on time. Understand that unpredictable stuff may happen when you're on the road but at least have the very basic courtesy to inform your customers of any delays or changes instead of letting your customers waste their precious time sitting around waiting for their FULLY PAID product which may or may not be delivered. Respect your customer's time. Think this will be the last visit to any Seahorse stores and I would warn all my friends and family to think carefully before purchasing any products.

Today I was at Compass One Seahorse Outlet. I was looking through the products and came across Electric one seater recliner was selling at $329.70 display set which include delivery and installation. I talked to the saleperson about purchasing it. She said okay and prepare the delivery note at first she told me the deliverywill be on 24 Mar then was preparing the invoice then all of the sudden she said I only can pay $239.70 and delivery must pay by $90 cash and asked her why so expensive my house three blocks away from the shop then she said cannot lower the price and I told her that I can pick up the item but she said no only need to arrange for delivery. I agreed when down to collect cash from the atm. While making payment she was trying to contact someone and now she said can deliver tomorrow between 3pm to 7pm. I was puzzled now she can arrange the delivery. After making full payment she printed out tge receipt for the one seater sofa but no receipt for delivery and asked her why she said normally the shop will not issue receipt for delivery. What is happening the system changes instantly no proper guideline and bad customer service. Finally I got no choice have to cancel the order and asked for refund. She process the cancellation and refunded me. Please be careful when handling with such salesperson can change quickly. I will not visit the shop again. Regretted and disappointed...

Not informed that there will be delivery charges. Invoice says for non lift units, $10 per floor surcharge will be imposed. However, my unit is just right next to the lift. Called delivery customer service, called I-Mattress (Seahorse company in SG) for more than 2 hours. No one bothered to pick up the call. Never purchasing from this shop or any seahorse shops again.

Purchased a mattress on 3rd Feb, till date havenโ€™t been deliver yet. No follow up. Only tell u no problem but in the end nothing is done and no solution at all. Regretted buying from them. Heads up to all the shoppers, NEVER buy from them at all!
