iSmile Dental Surgery - 1 Sengkang Square

Very expensive, scaling and polishing cost $120 is still reasonable for a dental clinic open in shopping mall, filling costs $95/tooth.. First time I have my saliva splashed all over my face during polishing?

Dentist (Dr Chiong) is very good in extractions, fillings and cleaning done for me. A man of few words but patient and skilled.

Horrible dental experience at iSmile Dental Surgery at compass one outlet. Dentist Dr Chiong always seem to be reluctant or just 'mumble' to any questions regarding braces consultation and during other subsequent appointment. After reading all the bad reviews here, I realized I'm not the only one who feels this way. What makes it even unprofessional is that he and his assistant almost misplace the mould once and I have to wait outside for about half an hour before they found it. Maybe it's time for them to shut down this outlet. Don't bother to come here.

Dr Chiong has always been very amiable and does his work well (-: I always feel at ease whenever he cleans my teeth! Definetely recommend him (-:

Did my braces here a few years back and just went back to polish my teeth. Dr Chiong and the receptionists are friendly unlike the reviews left, Dr Chiong also answered my queries about my wisdom tooth. Prices were reasonable as well :) 10/10 would recommend ??

Saw the 2.7 stars review but decided to book an appointment here because it is near my house. Scheduled an appointment for today at 6.30pm but when I reached, the clinic was empty and the lights were off. Nice one. I even remember the receptionist saying 'Confirm ah?', yeah sure. Did my braces there many years back and the results were great (Thanks Dr Chiong) but the receptionist was so grumpy... it is still the same lady now and she is still equally grumpy haha. Thanks for wasting my time!

Dr Chiong is my most trusted dentist fom smile clinic to ismile clinic for 17 years. I had very bad experience elsewhere and since then I have been coming back to him. I just visited Dr Chiong on 3rd July and when I am researching about root canal treatment saw lots of bad review. I would want to speak up for Dr Chiong and his staff (the lady at the counter) that work with him for so long. I had my braces done there when I am young, 17 years later Dr Chiong and the counter staff is still there. He is the most trusted dentist I ever met and nothing wrong with his queit personality and that should not affect his expertise? I have no idea how long the lady at the counter work with Dr Chiong for how long, given i am with ismile 17 years ago? Have a thought if the boss is not nice who will follow him for more than 17 years? Queit personality should not affect a doctor years of experience and expertise. Service? Seriously I just had my nerve treatment there, they are all so nice people, gentle with smile and im shocked why people will go all the way criticising? Where are all the humanity? I always believed humbleness and the world will have more peace, let's be nice and bring more love everywhere and life will be easier?

First we visited iSmile Dental Surgery for my wife's unbearable pain and after x-ray scanning we found that tooth was broken and Dr. Chiong guided us two options with pros and cons of each options. After internal discussion, we decided to remove tooth and go for dentures instead of RCT. My Wife was so scared about tooth removal pain and treatment but iSmile Dental Surgery SengKang team (Dr. Chiong) has given enough comfort during the tooth removal process and it was very smooth. I saw people review about Dr & receptionist attitude but our experience was extremely good and surely recommend for Sengkang nearby people for visit.
