This is my 4th visit and every time change doctor. Today, 27 May 2022, another “standby” doctor. He can’t find my previous record. Not interested to hear my past history as he said he is just here today and will not see him again. Did my usual blood test, rather painful. He had to refer to a book what tests needed as no previous record found. Missed out prescription for my regular medication for high blood pressure. I was already tired after fasting and there was a long queue for other patients. Will not go back there again!

my sister & I are both covid positive when we visited the clinic 1. took a queue number via the app and received a message at 1240pm to head over to the clinic (minmed app stated that it’s opened from 9am till 5pm) but upon reaching, we were told that the clinic close at 1-2pm and we waited for an hour to register [counter staff said she will inform relevant people to update the app details to reflect the accurate timing] 2. during registration, the counter staff told me a queue number which was different from the one I have in the app (but lucky I was alert to notice it) 3. my sis waited an hour after seeing the docs for them to prescribe us the medicine & to take ART (we had to ask them to realise that they forgotten to prescribe us the medicine) [counter staff did apologise and quickly gave us the medicine and my sis did ART within few mins] 4. they told us that my sis had to buy lozenges on our own as they ran out of it overall, it was an unpleasant experience as both of us were feeling really unwell and we haven't eaten lunch. My experience at here in my past few visits were decent, but really disappointed with the service this time round.

Asked to use their app to queue and waited for over 1 hour then was told they are closed for lunch….. if I hadn’t gone to the counter to ask Id still be waiting. Worse still their SMS asked me to walk to their clinic as my number would be called soon. The app doesn’t know the clinic is closed for lunch? Please do something about your app. Also your clinic is packed with 5-6 young people without social distancing. This clinic is now a swap test centre from the look of it.

At the clinic yesterday for cough n block nose. Super crowded. Got a queue no and went home. (30 ppl ahead). My turn, went in to see doctor, Johan. He just ask what happened, I said block nose n cough. He uses his telescope, after that ask me go out and wait to take my art. Waited for like 10mins, check with the lady doing Art when is my turn. She said no one given her any queue no. Archer me in and conduct Art, told me go home and wait for result. I am puzzled, am I supposed to go back and see the doctor since he never even talk to me about my condition or he is going to give me medication? She asked me to check with the doc. I knocked the doc door, he was reading newspaper inside (I assumed is his lunch time and he is chilling) told him I finished my art, what is next. He sounded annoyed and ask me to wait for the counter to call my no. Went out waited again. I don’t know what I was waiting because the queue no is not flashing. Went to the counter to check… guess what ? My medicine is ready ! What kind of doctor is this? Super “efficient” doctor with no compassion for his patient ! What if I am allergy to the medication he give me? What if I can’t swollen tablets? Can’t he Juz give a clear directive before sending patient away? Don’t even have basic professionalism. Writing here to warn patient to check and make sure you are not attended by Johan. Minmed has other doctors that are way more professional.

Was there from 10:45am till 12:45pm, and nope, I have not seen the doctor and still 11 people ahead of me. Guess what, I’m ART positive and my family have been tested all positive, but this clinic doesn’t prioritise ART positive cases. So if anyone was there during that timing, good luck ya! I’m going to polyclinic, because they prioritise ART positive cases.

Indeed as what some of the reviewers said, there were spelling errors even on official referral letters. In fact, it wasn’t only spelling errors but that even first letter of the names were not in capital. The whole feel of the clinic is like a factory assembly line….just quickly see the patient and get the patient out asap. The waiting time was expected of a Monday but clinic asst was nice enough to a least tell me what time I shd b back in the clinic for my turn.

Booked pre departure PCR test for 720pm. Arrived with this queue and waiting for 15 mins at the moment. Reached my turn after 45 mins. Please review capacity of each timeslot for booking. Defeats the purpose of a booking system with such an experience. Important note for the rest of customers to know and account for the wait time in their schedule.

Waited for 4 hrs, i only consult dr less than 5 mins, he check my throat and ask me to wait outside to do ART. Waited another 30 mins for ART, but counter called my name to collect my medications, i asked them about my MC and ART, they say they will email my MC, so i have to sit down and wait for ART againnnn. Half of my day wasted in the clinic , until now no MC prescribe. Bad service ever, no proper consultation.
