This is one of the best customer service excellence I've experienced. Let me introduce you to the amazing wendy. Back in august 2020, my partner and I went shopping and bought a cute bag. Fast forward 6months or so, we went back. Wendy (lady in the photo with me) said she remembered us. Honestly, we were lil skeptical until she mentioned which bag we got! WOW RIGHT? ANYWAY, my partner bought me a bunch of bags, etc as part of my early birthday gift and i wanted the ring to match all my stuff. Was sad that they didn't have my size... WENDY to the rescue! She checked out all outlets and found one at takashimaya.. i told her I'm keen to try but worried ill waste time if it couldn't fit. My partner and I got our stuff and we left. We were still early for our dinner appointment so we hung around and had a cuppa downstairs. Next thing, i got a text... she was enroute back to the outlet! She had taken the train to get the ring! Luck would have it, i was still hanging out at raffles city so i headed up.. and luckily, it fit! Huzzah! She was panting because she had run from the train station back to the shop because i mentioned i was still in the mall... SWEETNESS! Today, i went back. I had asked her to reserve an item for me, a special gift. As always, WENDY is so on the ball. I went to collect it, bought some other stuff because why not:) and i shop extra when she is there *lol*. She doesn't hardsell. She sells service excellence which we appreciate. Next thing, as my items were all being boxed/wrapped, she surprises me with a birthday cake!! She seeked my partner's help when he was waiting for me and went to kate spade to look around as i was wrapping up my meeting. What a sweetheart...:) I appreciate her as much as she appreciates her clients. Kate spade raffles city ... actually KATE SPADE IN GENERAL - You have the epitome of class and service excellence in this amazing lady WENDY. Pls treasure her.
