Food is still decent as I can remember. Mum got the lamb stew, I had the aussie beef stew and dad had the combo with the chicken cutlet, a drink and a chocolate banana cake. Yes the service charge and gst is a bit BS because they asked us to order with the QR code system. I think they should just waive it off. Also 50 cents for filtered water? I could’ve bought mineral water at the supermarket and drank it after. Only came here because we went to the sea aquarium at Sentosa.

A 1st time for everything i guess. My first ever 1 star rating. Food was horrible. Soggy fries(tasted like they have been reheated), chicken cordon bleu was horrible and sherperd's pie was saltless. People are paying for the food and not getting free food. The upper management should look into this. This might be my last visit of Secret Recipe in vivocity. 1 star is being fair to them, 0 stars if i had a choice. Its sad.

I’m shocked I’m still alive after eating lunch here. Much less shock that they are able survive the pandemic with their food standard. Blend and horrible tasting food. I think the foodcourt at the basement has better standard. Boycott at all cost.

Went there for tea to reminisce about the old days when SR serve great cakes and food. I found out why it was totally empty when I got there. The signature chocolate banana cake was terrible, all I could taste was sugar sugar sugar. Definitely my last visit.

The crawfish was not fresh, the flesh was not firm but rather mushy. Asked for more sauce but it came watery and diluted. Chicken cutlet is crispy n well seasoned but the fries were not hot and tasted average. After feedback to the manager, there was no positive response. And she still asked .. “so overall the meal is good?” Got to reply if good then there would be no heed for feedback. How good is mushy crawfish in diluted sauce. Only plus point was the waiter n waitresses. Not a good experience.

Always love their signature banana chocolate cake. Staffs were helpful and courteous.

Founded in 1997, Secret Recipe made its mark, renowned for its extensive range of fine quality gourmet cakes. It has since ventured into a full restaurant with Western and Asian dishes. Can today to try the Shinjuku Bake, which was a good tea time pick-up.

Got spaghetti meat balls, gordon bleu and stir fried rice was way below mediocre standard. I can’t believe a restaurant can dish out such *high* quality food for such price. Food seemed like it was cooked by care-less chef. If ruining a day is in your bucket list, this is the place to die for. Look at the photo for yourself, Gordon bleu or garbage bleu? This place is only best and being the worst.
