B	Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience, when ordering the processing took forever. went up to the counter and they asked me to reorder, however the money had already been deducted from my bank account. waited 30mins and still nothing has been processed. i also understand that the staff at the counter have limitations and there are alot of customers around as well as food delivery riders i hope moving on the ordering process can be better Edit: was offered a full refund for my purchase. hope to come down again and have a better experience

In the evening, the sales person says she has resigned and is her last day, agreed T&C changed and to wait for her manager to call back for discussion. But thee manager was un-contactable, no return call and never reply message.

s	sunset bay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to operate business at the corridor~ no aircon, no fan, no place to sit or stand~ bad ventilation~ riders loitering blocking the passage to the carpark~ Can the management do something, at least add few fans~ take reference from JTC smart kitchen which has aircon & seats~

I asked twice if anyone was around but she shouted at me rudely to ask to wait and that I wasn't going to be served by her. if she was on lunch break, surely there's a better place to eat than at the counter? I feedback to the cloud kitchen lady, I hope something is done about the lack of courtesy with this person.
T	Thomas Timlen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had VERY GOOD experiences here ordering from Botanict and Hans Im Gluck. In the meantime I was trying to order from Sakunthala’s take away here but today I found out that they no longer operate from here (perhaps it is time to remove their sign?).
