Was there for dinner before catching a performance. Initially didn't know what to expect but I would have to say the food was quite good in general despite the portion being small. Only ordered 4 dishes and the most expensive dish was actually the smallest, the uni pasta. Portion was pathetic but taste was quite nice. The sauce went well with the noodles but it was quite a little disaster for the uni. That combination was weird and we felt the uni would be best placed aside and eaten its original taste without mixing in the dish. The Maguro pizza was delightful and a surprise, and we felt it was the best dish we had in the meal. Loved the super thin crust and the super fresh Maguro. Delicious. The mala Maki looks very nice on the menu pictures and so we were tempted into ordering it. Portion was quite good for this dish but erm we didn't like the dish because the mala sauce was too salty and was reminded of the Twisties BBQ curry flavour. The dessert was pretty decent, I felt the cheesecake was very dense and like the thickest cheesecake that I have eaten, but enjoyed the light Umeshu taste.

I made the reservations online easily. Was very impressed that details such as number of seniors, children were included so that we can update them if there were such guests. The food was presented so pretty on the plates and bowls. It was so delicious. The staff that attended to us were attentive. Hard to find such service as not all restaurants are this good. Love it! I will come again.

Delicious food and marvellous service. The Maguro Pizza has that WOW factor. Anago Tempura was something extraordinary you don’t easily find outside, the batter was also just nice for me. Fave has got to be the Hamachi Cheek. Chubby and succulent, the meat is fine and sweet. Lightly seasoned for the best flavours. As an amateur drinker, I enjoyed the sake that Kelvin recommended. It was easy to drink - so easy that it also made me dizzy. Would like to mention Redi and Olivia for the warm service, and Ivy for being chatty and engaging. They serve with a genuine heart and so much happiness, you can feel it brimming from behind their masks. Pair the delicious food with a nice and welcoming ambience, it’s no wonder that it was full-house even though it was an early Friday evening. Highly recommended to make reservations cause if you try to walk-in but they have no table for you, and you make a fuss, you’re the ignorant one.

First time here during sat lunch and overall experience was pretty good. The restaurant is well lit by outdoor light, ambience was good and seating are spacious. I ordered several times and the grilled dishes really hits the spots. The hamachi kama is yellowtail cheek(collar) seasoned with salt & pepper, then grilled and served with ponzu sauce. The cheek meat was so tender and delicate, the skin was crisp and charred lightly, perfect match with the mild savory & citrusy ponzu sauce. The grilled teriyaki squid was really good as well, I can taste the char especially on the tentacles, while the squid is still tender and fragrant. Some of the nigiri sushi such as the hotate, tuna and prawn was good, the rest however was just normal. I felt the rice to fish ratio was too low for my liking, and I would prefer to have the sushi rice seasoned abit more. The clam soup was pretty amazing, the broth used dashi as base and fused together with the clams flavor, creating a umami rich yet light broth. The clams itself was fresh and tender, goes very well with some shoyu. I requested for basic udon for my toddler and the service staff recommended a udon off meal which was perfect. The udon was the thinner type, texture was bouncy and smooth. The toppings are really simple yet complemented the udon very well. I’ll surely come back again to try more of their dishes.

Really enjoyed my time here, especially with the amex love dining, it's really worth it. The swordfish steak was alright, but the black cod soy was really good a must have. The sushi was of standard. The mala maki is something interesting. It packs a mala punch with the just the right amount, giving a good savoriness to the dish. But definitely a last to have if not it might affect your tastebuds after. Wasabi is really fresh I love it.

Big thumbs up for the freshness and well-executed sashimi platter and sushi. Grilled hamachi was tender, juicy and grilled to perfection. Uni pasta is definitely worth trying as well. I’m also impressed they served the food pretty fast on a full-house Friday night. But you can’t expect too much good vibe there as the table settings are crowded. We had credit card discount for the mains, sashimi and sushi so it’s good value too.

Lovely team of staff. Always busy and ready to help. My go to place for a Japanese meal that won’t break the bank The green tea is amazing but some lousy tea bag type. But If your are caffeine sensitive, so easy on it!

Celebrated my girlfriend's birthday day. Food was really good along with the service. Green tea was refilled regularly and did not need to ask for refill. Do remember to make reservation else you need to wait a while for walk-in.
