β β β β β Great ambience and impeccable service. Fish & chips, marinated chicken & gyoza was delicious. Grilled wagyu beef was a tad too tough. I also enjoyed the cocktails! The restaurant can do a mocktail version for you if you don't drink alcohol. Portion of food is small though.

Really no joke.. The foods are satisfying except for the dry aged iberico (My problem I guess). The desserts are outstanding, even for a non-dessert lover like me. Really really JENG with reasonable price for the dessert. Great service too ???

β β β β β After youβve tried this, youβd realise that this fare is not the usual run on the mill sushi/sashimi joints like Shinji or sushi ichi. Their fare is modern, full of flair and really progressive.
Apart from relying on fresh ingredients, these guys do make an effort to create and I must say, they are doing a good job. Maybe the set we had this round has better dishes compared to the past but well, what can I say.
Even an akemi dish can be done so well I was blown away. The grilled and cooked dishes were interesting.
It may really turn out to be a love or hate it relationship here. Luckily for me, I loved it.

β β β β β The Bar was where we dine at. Amazing service love e staff. Wines by Tetsuya was super both white n red! Really like e refine elegant atmosphere- an enjoyable evening for sure!

Only one dish is what I would deem acceptable that at I will try again.
Juwanushi- the base is bland. While the oyster is decent, the garnish and overall finish is just ordinary.
Sayori- who in the right mind would marinated in sweet fruit sauce. This is horrible.
The uni course- what a waste of uni. The mudan Ebi is not sweet. Coupled with cheap caviar that taste like pure salt. Donβt know what I was eating.
The seared o-toro. The knife skill is poor. But tuna quality is not acceptable. It has no flavor just straight grease.
Caviar with truffle noodle- edible. But itβs not something I would expect from a more traditional Japanese restaurant.
The horse head fish- while the fish it self was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The mussel base is bland and needs more salt to bring out flavor.
Abalone- this is the only dish that is full of flavor and excellent fragrance. But it was slightly over cooked.
θΏζ±η- what a complete waste of beef. All it needed is just salt and may be some pepper.
Cold noodle- one word bland.

β β β β β Amazing food. They have 2 menus, 8 savory courses or 10 savory courses, both menus are completely different with the 8 course set including most of the signature dishes. The 10 course set is an almost completely different menu with seasonal dishes.

β β β β β Went for their 10 course dinner at chef table. Atmosphere is good with attentive service. All their food are very fresh ingredients thatβs no doubt, but nothing surprises I would say. Perhaps with the price we pay, I would expect some βwowβ factors but I would say no, I didnβt find any. Donβt get me wrong, their food is nice, to me, just not fantastic enough! Deep fried fish with the crispy fish skin is what we have tried in Beni too, with different sauces. Their pasta is a bit too salty to our liking. Also for 10 course dinner it is too filling for our stomachs, suggest to try 8 if do not want to turn out to be overeating.
