β β β β β I came here to fix my easy wheels which have dropped off my fender. At first I was a little confused as I thought they are selling Brompton bikes and should have no problem finding parts for my bike. The young chap and another lady were very helpful and friendly. They struggled for a quite a while to find the right screws and nuts to fix my wheels but were in vain. In the end, they have to apologise that they canβt fix it properly. The mechanic could have just used a long screw that scratches my tire over time without me knowing and collect a fee. Instead, he was honest about it and insisted on not collecting a fee even though I insisted it was for his effort. Exemplary service from a bike shop. This is IMO the best bike shop in Punggol!

β β β β β Went to replace tire for my very old bike that I had not used for long time. They were kind enough to help me check the alignment and adjust the gear. I went back on the 2nd day as the tire were flat and the shop owner is very kind and patient to explain to me what may had happen that caused the flat tire. Overall, very impressed with their service and highly recommended!! The shop is just right outside PCN so not hard to find.

The staff are really friendly with great neighborhood spirits. They fix every bicycle regardless of brand and price, not like some of them just turn u down if u asking to fix a non br@nded bike. Dont miss this if u re looking for a enjoyable transaction and professional after sales service.

β β β β β Everyone at the shop was very friendly and approachable. Had my bicycle parts changed and they were very patient in explaining what were the different parts and its function and how it would affect my overall riding experience. They also very kindly changed the colour of my crank even though I had initially chose a different colour and had a change of mind upon collection. Hands down one of the best bicycle services I have received thus far.
