β β β β β Need more directions to guide, as it is located on the back side rather than the front side (coffeeshop). It would be better to have a more central office, or a website showing more details. Some AXS machines (physical) ones are still not updated with SKTC option despite them saying it is. Hope it can be improved.

β β β β β Not slow but NO response. My level's rubbish chute could not closed properly and explain to them for almost 4 times (Different personnel took down my contact but never ever get back might be due to manpower issues) guess when the whole rubbish chute drop down then they will know come.

β β β β β I would like to compliment Hui Jing , for the speedy help and excellent service that she provide . My issue may not related to her job or it not hdb or town council responsible . But she is very helpful and help to rectify my issue quickly by activate a plumber to quickly inspect the issue .
The leakage it directly near my power point I was so panic and helpless . But till than it was resolve after speaking to Hui Jing .

β β β β β Re posting as this did not appear on Feb 2022. Our queries and problems were quickly attended to. Our bulky items were also removed promptly. Thanks to Efran and all staff at the Sengkang Town Council.
Today I received a phone reply about the email I sent yesterday night about the carpark roof. Thanks again for the prompt attention.

This year new management response differently.
They are efficient! One call away immediately came down to fix the damaged rubbish chute . They are professional for customer service and thank you technical staff for helping too! Cheers ^^

β β β β β Poor and rude customer service. Made an error, fail to follow up.
I saw a failed deduction notification on the 21st, email staff to confirm if they will debit again on a later date staff called me to say there is no failed deduction as their deduction is on the 25th. Ended up, they didn't debit my account on 25th and slapped me with a fine the following month. When asked to waived as it is their mistake, the person tried to ask me to file up some forms. I told them it is their mistake, why should i fill up form to inconvenience myself. They person say it is their process for record keeping. So when they did the wrong process in the 1st place then ask me to follow their "process" later to incovenient myself. Thereafter no further update from them, just keeping silent and no longer respond for the waiver.
