★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff Andy is not very helpful at all and he is so unprofessional. Every reply i've got from him the answer is I DON'T KNOW. I just felt that he is not very keen to assist me. If everything your staff don't know then how are they going to assist the residents? Don't brush us off as if we're idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear amktc, since Feb (6 mths) , we've asked for assistance on daily smoking, littering & gathering below our unit at sheltered area.
On all occasions, our requests for assistance was either parried to nea or no reply. Calls to Seah jing feng direct number was never answered nor returned. Emails were replied with template cc the entire family. This is distressing to our family please help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there may I ask if this is acceptable? Pls refer to the pictures. 986c buangkok crescent. Been 2 years I see this everyday. Asking assistant from nea 3 times, and the reply was a verbal conversation saying that mostly mentally unstable people stay there and they can't do anything about it. If mentally unstable, shouldn't they be staying in imh? At a time of pandemic, signs on notice boards showing heavily sanitizing areas and cleaning. How is this acceptable? Pls note I do see the town council guys cleaning all these up every morning. So it's not thier fault. And there is a pre school under that blk. Are you waiting untill a child gets killed by the litter? I rather you shift the school out of that blk. Thanks for reading.
