β β β β β Love it! Try this because uncle staff recommended. A bit pricey but still better than go all the way to Tanjong Pagar for Korean BBQ. Will come back again!

Their Pork skirt is really a must try! Personally, I usually prefer beef as compared to pork in BBQs but Seorae made me change my impression on how good pork can be! Would recommend their mixed set if it is your first time trying it as you get to try different meat types. Special shout-out to their tofu stew as well. It may be on the pricier side but the quality of meat is impeccable! You deserve a treat once in a while :)

β β β β β Went there on 14th July with my friend. The food was great, perfectly marinated. Steam egg is great too! Ordered their promotion set which is very worthy. One down side about this restaurant is their service. There is a lady server, I canβt see her name clearly but she is slightly plump with her hair tied up and her uniform seems to be different from others. Her service was bad.. extremely bad! The way she talk was rude. When she tried to keep our plate after we are done, she doesnβt care if we are talking, she just slam the plates and bowls and we feel really irritated.
To be honest, they should improve on their service..

β β β β β Enjoyable place to have good meals, especially free flow of the Korean side dishes. But not cheap hor. I found the plain rice is really well cooked and has a quality rice taste. Must try is their signature pork.

β β β β β I love korean bbq, this is my second time in Seorae. The other time was in jurong. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Good ambience, price is high as not buffet type. You must order 2 types of meat then you can dine alone... crave for it awhile le. I ate and I love the marinated cucumbers. Meat and the eggs were great ?

β β β β β The food here is OK, one thing special is they pure egg on the side of the grill pan.
Taste wise... Egg is a bit salty, i think don't add any salt is good. But funny, why eggs??? ?
Meat is really tender, intend to try another 1 or 2 different types of meat, esp beef but the waiter/waitress seem busy. Server asked, they either ans 'I get u another person or u wait a while' but no one comes back to you. They make more time to new customers.
Need to improve on customer service.

β β β β β Food is overall good. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
But servers were quite busy today so I can understand if they couldn't attend to everyone. We spoke to 2 staff in black uniform but our request was not attended.
Except one staff in the red blouse has been really helpful and professional in attending to us hence I decided to give 4-stars purely for her service. Unfortunately, there's no nametag.

Food was decent yet pricey and experience was bad for a first timer.
Some staffs were not responsive, orders were missed out and one particular staff named 'Bernard' was exceptionally rude.
When he took the menu away from us and I requested to have the menu back again, he portrayed a very grumpy, irritated and frustrated look.
Moments later, another staff came over to brief us about the change of grill for different types of meat. As our food were being served partially, he came over again and reprimanded us for the wrong use of metal grill to cook meat even though he wasn't the one giving the briefing. Furthermore, he blamed it on us for not listening to his colleagues. We were taken aback by his response as he could have reminded us politely. Thereafter, we sensed that he patrolled our area less frequently than before.
I sincerely hope such experiences won't be repeated in future visits and in other customers.
