They have very thick and spicy curry as well as very smooth teh tarik! Their egg prata and mutton curry are also really yums!

Average prata. I think the dough is undercooked. But it is still acceptable. Reasonably priced food and can be crowded over the weekends.

The prata comes fresh n "floury", slightly crispy to bite on it without feeling "over floury"... Still good thou n the price are reasonable at $1.00 per plain piece when others prata house are charging $1.20 with a minimum orders of 2... This is way better price n taste than most ... Mee goreng n teh tarik no goods thou... As the store name suggests "the roti prata house"... Maybe should just stick to their prata may be even thou saw many order "Maggie goreng with fried chicken" thou, should try it next time round... One of the store that still use the "Malaysia" method of orders your foods n eat it first before procede to the counters to pay up (wow)... N the "Malaysia way of life" too, they may forget to "cook/bring" over your orders in full ... ? N also they may "overcharged" you, try to "calculated" your own eating before you proceed to the counter to pay. (As we are overcharged 50cents, but we happen to know n point out to the staff)...

5 stars for the curry but 0 stars for the hardened dry hard flat piece of what the even dare to call Roti Prata. It look like they premade a bunch early in the morning and left it in a container and took it out when customers arrive. It’s definitely not fresh, way too hard and stale and oily for it to be enjoyable.

Supper place. Many people. Nice curry. Prata okay. Curry thick and creamy. Spicy. Prata bomb very nice. Banana Prata interesting. Crispy Prata standard. Egg Prata okay too. Teh Tarik still alright and Teh Cino Iced cannot make it. Pricing wise still acceptable.

I am a bit hardpressed not to leave this a 5 because reviews should be objective and leaving a 5 star feedback - tied to old memories - likely isn't going to be fair so that's that. This is one of my favourite haunts in the wee hours since I was a teen. Eating here regularly and taking away my favourite beehoon goreng with ikan bilis to eat at 4AM seems to be a key factor why I was near obese in my pursuit of adolescent decadences. A few decades later on a lazy Thursday morning, I decided to revisit this place in, perhaps, a random whim to relive old memories. Am pleased that the food hasnt changed too much, although in all honesty, this really isnt the best Indian food I have had. Service is friendlier and prompt perhaps due to lesser crowd. The place also doesn't open 24 hours anymore. Sadly, this round I ordered the bee hoon goreng with ikan bilis and mushroom cheese prata, conveniently forgetting I was no longer the youth who could wolf food down easily, and struggled to finish them both. Overall, food still tastes good and can be a quick fix for your Indian cuisine cravings; just make sure you don't end up becoming overweight like me feasting on the food here ?

Authentic food, malaysian mamak feel. Roti boom was really shiok! Everything was on point, the curry, prata texture, softness and crisps. ? price range at $46 for 4 pax. (Missing 3 more main dish in picture) So full and worth it.

Came here to eat because of nostalgia. The great thing is that the prices are reasonable and the food is good. The only downside I will say is that there are definitely better prata places out there but hey, this is still not too bad. Oh and the Teh Chino that I ordered was a little diluted. I'll definitely come back here again.
