★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dynamic with a compere encouraging the girls to spend and the boy friends to help carry and pay up. Wow. No one is bothered whether others were watching. There was a airchamber where the customers, usually girls would grab the flying discount tickets. The colors are so electrifying and delicious, shoppers were snapping them up. I was more interested to see the what were there for the vain guys. We need to smell and look good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the outlet this evening around 9pm, needed some help to locate a product that I was helping someone to get, had no idea what the brand was and merely described what I was told to get and Liyana went out of her way to help. Very impressed by her dedicated service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a wonderful experience shopping at Sephora. Get all your beauty essentials in this one stop beauty haven. Most of the promoters and staff are very friendly and helpful at this outlet. However, there was this particular staff, a petite girl stationed around the staircase / benefit counter area that is very rude. She better learn some manners lest she offends more people. Overall, it's a pleasant experience shopping there.

Testing and sampling are now allowed :) yay.
Staff are good too, not pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in Ion branch. Most of the staffs crowded together chatting. We visited around 5 plus it should be peak period so please be attentive to the walk in and give eye contact or greet us. I wondered who trained their customer service?! Is worst then the staffs at Watsons. One staff serving 2 ladies and I asked her may I know who else can serve me, she just pointed at 2 staffs a meter away who were chatting with each other. I said I have some queries about the product next lane, she walked with me reluctantly. Being asked when will the stocks arrived, she just simply answered : I DON'T KNOW!. full stop! And she looked so hostile and not happy to serve us. Please up your customer service Ion branch.. Your boss didn't employ you to chit chat here..

I go there basically because I can see new trends and colors and fragrances and try to sample love you fragrances before I purchase something online. I find the prices for Sephora are not attractive they are expensive compared to many other outlets but the ambience and the styling is very nice
