Dior Beauty - ION

On 25 March 2022, at around 5pm, I was served by this petite lady who was rude and unhelpful when I enquired about the Dior foundations because I wasn't sure which products suited my skin type as I wanted to switch from another brand to Dior. But she couldn't be bothered to assist me and instead gave me a foundation sample to try instead of answering to my queries. Also, when I visited the store, the employees were quite judgmental and unapproachable, they seemed to be more preoccupied with their conversations than with assisting customers.

Very bad service. Super unprofessionalism. The staff there should not be representing the brand at all. It's a shame that Dior hires such unprofessionals. Busy packing the stock! Not paying attention to customer. Despite having no more than two customers on the shop floor they seem reluctant to serve. Went to another brand to purchase. Terrible Never gonna step into this store.

I’m not trying to be a Karen, but I was really upset with the service from the staff named Cher earlier today. Cher is the petite girl with a bob and bangs. Her behavior towards me was demeaning and rude. I came in to enquire about a lipstick colour I like and she showed me the version of it. I mentioned that I have dry lips and the type of lipstick she is showing me will cause my lip crack lines to show. She told me that I have to scrub my lips occasionally (which was fine) and then proceeded with this judgey look and as if I’m too much of a low class for her to serve me. Then I checked with her where I should throw the testing cotton bud she passed me. She took it from me and slammed it in the bin. As I really like the lipstick colour, I came back with my sister to show her the lipstick. This time round, Cher showed me a different type of lipstick that has lip balm infused. I tried it on and it work perfectly for my dry lips. Her tone was still rude and looking down feels and I think it is most probably because I was shabbily dressed (just finished working out). Because of how she was so unhappy that I can’t throw the cotton bud earlier, I tried finding the bin to discard the cotton bud myself. She saw that and tapped (damn rudely) on the table to gesture me to leave the cotton bud on the table. I am honestly appalled by her actions and how she is treating her customers. Besides being her customer, I am still a human being that does not need one to treat me with respect. Dior, please train your staff to treat human with basic respect. This is really unacceptable.

It was super crowded today but thank god I managed to purchase what I am looking for. I would like to give my compliment to your sales staffs who are well trained in their products. Service is good eventhough they are busy.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff here. The staff helped me to find the perfect lipstick and perfume for my girlfriend although it was very busy and c. She loves it. Definitely will come back

Good experience at the store. Place is nicely decorated and the staffs are very friendly and approachable. Especially the manager Christina Chan. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose the best product that is suitable for my sensitive skin. Highly recommended ! Wish the Dior team at Ion Orchard all the best !!
