★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my piece down to this outlet for alteration service, and faced a little problem. My first ever encounter of not being able to contact the store, at all. Not by phone, not by email. Burberry mail side told me I have to physically go down to store like, really?? Called their other Burberry outlets and all told me they can't help me with that.
If want to change appointment or make enquires etc, you have to go down to the physical store.
This is a major problem which I feel it shouldn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very impressed by the retail experience at Burberry Ion. I must say best retail experience ever! Estee Teo was the one attending to me. I walked in with less than 5% chance purchasing and I left with 2 shirts. That's how good she is. She was warm and welcoming (rare in designer boutiques in SG, especially with more popular brands), strong product knowledge, provides styling tips that are pretty on point for both men and women (trust me, my wife and I are not the easiest to get impressed), understand customer needs and goes above and beyond ... Responding to me at 12.30am. The retail experience here changed my impression of Burberry, and I am thinking of my next purchases already! And btw, they even offer in house alterations for ready to wears which I never knew was possible, ONLY at the ion flagship store. So for those who wants to purchase Burberry classic items, be sure to look for Estee at Burberry Ion! Certainly a highlight for the day for me!

Staff are friendly and attentive.
Ever since Riccardo Tisci joined Burberry as their new fashion designer, he gave Burberry a new and brought it to the next level. Looking forward to more of his collections.
