Haikle and Faith has been very attentive to my mom at her hearing test and hearing aids fitting. We opted a pair of rechargeable hearing aids according to Haikle’s recommendation and she is benefitting well with it. Didn’t know mom needs to wear hearing aids for 8- 11 hours a day for it to be effective. Faith did a good job on review days to make sure my mom puts them on. Both have good patience and I am happy to recommend this hearing centre to everyone.

Went for hearing test and Faith is very friendly and helpful towards explaining about hearing test procedure. Excellent service by professional staff.

Brought my grandma here for a hearing consultation around two weeks ago. Faith was very patient to my grandma and understood well that elderly people tend to be more nervous and worry about everything. Faith delicately reassured my grandma several times that she would do well with the hearing aids, and went through all the cleaning/maintaining procedures with us. She also gave grandma a written note in case she forgot what to do. Grandma is generally very happy with the hearing aids, just that she sometimes she feels her voice a bit loud. We asked Faith on this and she patiently replied that the brain just needs time to adapt to the sounds, which eases my grandma’s worries. Also, we want to thank you Bella for her excellent service. Not only she is very friendly, she is very considerate also. She noticed that my grandma felt a bit cold and she provided her a blanket to keep her warm. Both Faith and Bella showed that they really care for my grandma, but not just focusing on doing business. Really appreciate your services. Will definitely recommend.
