J	Justsg 329 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 3/3 noon, I been there and engaged with 2 ladies. One (short hair) helped in eye checking. One (long brown hair) helped in choosing the contact lens and payment. I must to say, that was my first visit, but they all treated me like super VIP. Wow Impressive, super super friendly and polite. Your retail shop is lucky enough to have staffs like this. Compared to I had a very very bad experience with Capitol at Tampines mall. Appreciate for excellent VIP service, I’m a social media influencer and I will share this with my friends and followers!

I’m extremely satisfied with my contact lens as well as the excellent customer service they provide. This includes enabling me to exchange my contact lens with my old degree for contacts lens with my new degree - this was greatly appreciated! :’) I’m also glad that they’re just a WhatsApp message away & always attend to me promptly!

But I am happy to say that the whole experience of getting his eyes tested to actually wearing his specs was a pleasant experience, largely due to the wonderful staff at OJO, Tampines. They were thorough, professional and also empathetic throughout. Highly recommend them for any type of eye glass requirements..

He considers your background, lifestyle, finances and advises accordingly. There was no instance of hard selling any of the products. This is my first time visiting an optometrist, hence he took a long time to explain and made sure I understood what my issue was and why I needed spectacles. The examination was also very thorough, and he did not rush for time. Will be returning here for any issues or adjustments. Overall, I would definitely recommend OJO Optometry!
