I'm really sorry to say that, this is the saddest aquarium I've seen so far. I felt a bad smell as I enter the shop, and saw a tank full of fish dead float on the water, while remaining live fish fight for life.

I'm as a 1st timer buying aquarium and fish. I don't have much knowledge about it but the owner of the shop is very kind n friendly, teach us how to do n also gave free items for the aquarium. Highly recommended and affordable prices ????

Am a regular at this place. Owner is a kind hearted lady who loves her pets. You can see her friendly dogs and parrots out the shop. Fishes in abundance. She also runs a indian flower shop. Do support this aquarium. Highly recommended!

7th Aug 2020 My partner and i are newbies when it comes to fishes. My partner googled and found Seven Star because he thought they must be either VERY good or VERY bad as they are old school, without a website etc... don't take credit cards either. The store was very basic and dirty, lots of things around and mostly all very dusty. Tanks weren't very pretty too. Yes, it will be a hot a humid place to go! We did not intend to buy anything but were just going to take a look.. However, Mdm May Chua (The owner) there, attended to us. She was very detailed and friendly, clearly knowing we did not do much research before we came. But she did spend time with us to explain and guide us and even say she can deliver the goods right here and then if we want to. She was friendly too, i actually did like her. We decided on a super pretty Flowerhorn Fish! (Kok Fish) and a 37 gallon tank. I then realize we were very much overcharged for the tank! She sold us at $1200 (including super basic equipment to start) and $400 for the Flowerhorn (which we do not know prices outside but its OK, we love our fish.) 8th Aug 2020 Delivery was suppose to be 7-8 pm next day, 8th Aug 2020. They end up coming at 10 pm!! Delivery guys were 2 Indian men.... they carried pungent smell in them and they kept removing their mask.. in an enclosed area like a home, its extremely unpleasant smell (sorry!)... One of them is the owner's husband... he totally destroyed the whole service May has laid out. He was in a mad rush, tank was filthy when it arrived, he did not even clean the tank inside before putting my fish in! His attitude is just very dismissive, he did not take time to explain how to use and what was it for. 9th Aug 2020 We went back to the store on 9th Aug to give feedback to May, she was apologetic and said the husband will be there again on 10th Aug to fix it all up for us, including tank cleaning etc. It was arranged at 2pm. Turns out, he only came at 7.30pm!!! It is really bad... and when he came, he hardly even have the mood to help us, he just said tank is clean enough, no need to clean the tank to stress the fish. Was only there for like 15mins. Overall, i feel they are over-promising customers and resulted in all this long waiting and delays. Everything they say okay, but actually they are backed up. May's service is good, she is very friendly and out-going. The husband service is terrible. And although it is a $400 flowerhorn, we love him! :-) His name is Finley.... he is worth every cent!

Superb boss services... I'm a beginner for fish... But the Indian boss and Chinese boss super top friendly and recommended me beautiful Discus, Angel fish & Chili Red Arowana and equipment and the most important thing is their price are very reasonable and quality ????? now show ur how is my Aquarium World .... My new pump that was bought at other shop was suddenly not working in the middle of the night. I was so stressed and look for a 24 hour aquarium shop to get a replacement pump. I called seven star aquarium at past midnight to check if theyre open. Before ending the call, I told the uncle on the phone the condition of my pump. He told me to send a WhatsApp video of my pump. He called me back and gave me a possible solution and told me what may have gone wrong with my pump. He told me to try, then give him call again if it's still not OK. I tried the solution he offered and OMG IT WORKED!! Uncle must be a very knowledgeable and experienced person in this field. I'm so happy. He nvr earn anything from helping me but he helped me anyway. Such a good man. I'm going to his shop soon to get accessories for my new tank and hope to see him and say my thanks. Thank you uncle! You saved my son's new fishes!!

Open 24hrs? The indian guy mend the shop sleep outside and dont bother me even when i told him im buying stuff urgently.. Tired of trying to wake him up, i just walked away without buying anything..

Great place with a plethora of fish species & food, along with tank accessories. Wide range of tanks are available. Trade in is possible too. The only downside is that this place is akin to a tight labyrinth. Spending more than 5 minutes in there would definitely make you sweat as it is immensely humid
