3 weeks ago, I had sent 2 ready made sarees with blouse pieces for tailoring. The total price was $270. Clearly gave a deposit of $100 in cash. When I went back last weekend, the tailor Mr Ganesan completely denied taking the deposit from me and even had the audacity to say I, as a customer should know the rules and regulations. I said in the first place you dont even go through with us what you scribble on the receipt! I then realised he had quietly omitted writing the deposit on the pink sheet of receipt as I had paid him just before I left the shop 3 weeks ago. I demanded to see his cctv so that it will be obvious that he was lying and he said he doesnt have one etc. This shop does not accept atm so they will conveniently not keep records of cash payments. I was really furious at how well they scam people, and his assistant, a female tailor also pretended that she does not remember anything about the deposit. Well done, when she was clearly standing there as I made the payment So I had no choice but to pay the $100 again. I told them I will never patronise their shop. Please do not patronise this shop as they are known for such scams and lies.

Please do not get your outfits tailored here, you may regret it. I just sent two of my blouses to Ganesan for tailoring. For one of the outfit he clearly forgot that I asked for a halterneck and he gave me a high boat neck.Moreover for his mistake he gave me a $10 discount. I went back home to try on the two blouses and realized he was way off with the measurements as well. I went back to the shop and showed him how much he messed up. He told me he can rectify his mistake but he did not even bother to take my measurements again ( I don't think a mere glance would be enough, in any case another lady was the one who took the measurements the first time.) his way of promises is not trustworthy.

Please do not use his service. The worst tailor with zero skill, zero customer service . wasted my expensive blouses , They are unwearable even after alteration.

Please do not engage this tailor. Don’t even know common basic stitching. Have asked for square neck, but at the end I don’t even know what they stitched.

Mr Ganesan delivered as he promised and when the sizing needed amendments, he did quickly. Am satisfied with his work.
