The customer service officer had provided me with few solutions. In the end, I chose to purchase a new one. I received the new remote control on the next day. Do WhatsApp them first to find out the price and if they have the right model rather than make a wasted trip down. They do delivery service as well.

Was on the verge of ordering a new fan when i chanced upon this shop while googling. They managed to find a substitute remote despite the old age of this fan! Truly amazing! Thank you! I don't have to buy a new fan anymore!!

He was patient, polite and took the time to find out what my issue was. This shop doesn’t anyhow sell you something for the sake of it. Which I appreciate. Thanks!

The boss is very friendly and patience by helping me to test my remote control and advised me a way to try to pair the control with fan again. The shop didn't push for any sales and I ended up didn't buy anything and get my problem resolved by following the advice. Thanks 129 Remote Control Shop.
