When asking questions, staff give rude replies such as 你早点跟我讲啦 ( why didn't you tell me earlier? ) They are severely understaffed as well with only one lady who's absolutely clueless that will always run to the back upon asking questions and another male waiter who can't be bothered to attend to you but if he does, don't expect a nice reply. First and last time coming here. Big bone in soup base from picture taken below, how am I supposed to cook with that limited space in that particular soup base??

The restaurant was pretty understaffed and it is hard to get the waitress attention as they were talking to each other rather than looking out for customers needs. Environment It ain’t spacious like HDL. It’s pretty warm. Food Perhaps, I have higher expectations reading the rest of the reviews. Sadly, the soup base is blend. Seafood like prawn is fresh. The cut of the meat for pork slices are way too thin for a mouthwatering experience. Price I paid 170+ for two person.

Don't expect anything outstanding but it was not disappointing either as long as you don't come in with expectations. The service staff tried very hard but it's hard to manage a floor split by a common walkway. Paying for condiments is ok but there is little attention paid to the condiments that ran out; through my hour there I had lost all hope that anyone would bother to refill as the time passed. The staff were not idle however, instead it was clear they didn't have a process in place to manage things properly. No point making a big deal because its not an expensive place so one needs to really take that into account when considering its shortfalls. I may not be back unless I have no choice, which is a bit sad considering the staff were trying so hard and they are honestly very nice and polite. In other words, the manager / most senior floor staff who is in charge, needs some training and counselling.

Their set lunch is particularly worth it with generous portion sizes, and the service staff are very friendly (although they're slightly short on staff, just 2-3 staff managing the whole space)
