We really enjoyed our stay, your staff did amazingly well to keep us comfortable and happy. Our only complaint is the shuttle service, its a little too sparse and the timings are not conducive. I understand that perhaps demand for the shuttle didn't seem strong and that management may find little reason to improve it. But sometimes its a 'chicken and egg' problem: if a service is not comprehensive nor useful enough, your guests won't see a point in using it.. =P . But, going forward, perhaps you can explore an 'on demand shuttle scheduling' scheme, where perhaps you can have your guests place requests a day in advance, for several pre-set shuttle slots through out the day. That way, you can better cater for your guests needs, while also optimize your shuttle scheduling. Note that this might give you an edge over the other service apartments nearby, that are better situated along Orchard road. Other minor things: Kitchen was great, useful and well equipped, but perhaps a microwave might be more useful than an oven. =) Bathroom was clean and a good size, though the shower water supply occasionally lapses in our apartment (for about 2-3 minutes, after flushing the toilet). And perhaps the complimentary shower gel and shampoo could be improved a little. =) That's all. After all I mentioned above, there is really nothing else we were bothered by. We truly had a wonderful time at Shangri-la Apartments!

So I bought my own toilet brush and my own sponge and the cleaner that comes I made him understand how filthy this all is and he should not bring in cleaners in my apartment so now he understand and is really like a friend.. there should also be one thing to tell all the cleaners that if they are done with washroom then please your hands before making the bed. Today I asked for some blank papers for my daughters to draw and they asked me to come down and collect it. I mean if the groceries can come up then why can't these papers and imagine with 2 toddlers and with each tiny thing you have to go down to pick up.. and the mop that they do in every room is extremely dirty. When the person does it, there's a smell in the whole apartment... and no one bothers to vacuum the corners. And as it's rooms are carpeted they should be cleaned thoroughly but aren't really. And the gym ends at 10 so if a person is busy the whole day that can't access the facility. That's really sad. And when it's the turn of the ladies at the reception they don't even bother sending groceries and simply say we are alone so we can't send it... well okay then aren't we also alone with our babies and what about getting your job done. But nobody asks them and they really don't take feedback positively and only reply to feedbacks who don't have any complains.... but seriously they can never change when they don't even bother taking fastback seriously..

I believe everyone went over and beyond to provide excellent service and I want to call out Charlotte, the Line Restaurant - service by the front staff and New who served me very well. The reception at the apartment provided excellent service especially Viknes! The cleaners - Fan and Vimala were amazing as well.

Please note we went to Shagri-La Residences, so my opinion/input is on it. Overall this was an absolutely fantastic stay, we were almost a month at the Shangri-La Residences (since there was a leak before we checked in at our Apartment). The residence was super nice (3 bedrooms around 150 sqm/good size kitchen/good bedrooms), cleaned every day. super fast WIFI 6 and very nice facilities (pool/gym). The best parts though were 1- the service, best in class one, within the first day everybody got to know our names and constantly providing genuine help and 2- leveraging the facilities of the Shangri-La Hotel which are awesome (pool, gym, tennis, restaurants, children aquapark, children playground, etc, etc, etc). This is really a 5+ star place.

Would say a good place for children considering the amenities clubbed with the hotel but as a service apartment the facilities offered are overpriced and not as per the standards and charges.Major service failures the air conditioning not working is not rectified in a week.When I asked the concerned person that you charged me for breaking a lampshade how would compensate for the service failure rather than being apologetic she asked me if I am looking for compensation. I expected ownership of the service failure from your end which you failed to do even after raising the issue earlier with you .As far as compensation is concerned looking at the services given you should return the complete amount to me.And if you are particular about cleanliness than this place is definitely not a choice as the daily housekeeping is for name sake.They lay torn bed sheets soiled towels,donโ€™t wear gloves for bathroom cleaning and use the same hands all over the place.We were welcomed with rotten fruits.The list is endless from ants to leaking bathrooms to non working aircons and to service failures .All and all not a 5 rated service apartment with the service head s not taking the ownership of there failures.

Good experience with great food from the hotel restaurants and use of the Splash area (again in the hotel) for kids. Whilst the pool in the apartments is excellent and quiet. The appartements are a bit tired by now, but clean. There's construction right in front of them. It was quiet whilst we stayed, but something to keep in mind.

Great location. Service is good for the most part. Rooms are incredibly dated but the main issue is that our room had a serious ant problem, especially in the kitchen and the living room. There are always so many ants along the window in the ktichen that despite killing 20+ every day, they will continue to show up. In your sink, on your dish rack, on your floor... I pulled a knife out of the block and there were 5 ants on it. It's revolting and makes it incredibly to cook for fear of attracting more ants.There is even a corner in our living room just filled with dead ants. The hotel is definitely aware of the issue because there were ant traps in the room when we arrived. When I informed them of the issue, they promised to send pest control. It has been a week. No one has come.

We read all these reviews before coming on our first 'post covid' holiday outside of Australia. The facilities and the rooms were perfect. Clean, useful, and even though we had access to the Resort pool and amenities, we chose to hang out at the pool here at the apartments which was less busy and lovely and clean. We have three very active boys, and all the staff and fellow guests were accommodating and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Walking distance (4mins) to Orchard, and a very cheap cab ride to Sentosa and Marina Sands. So pleasantly surprised, we are rapt with the service and smiles. Five star.
