β β β β β First time coming here for my yearly medical examination, everything was handled smoothly. Was consulted by a nice female doctor and the receptionist was polite and helpful throughout my visit.

What kind of efficiency?!? I am 2nd person in the queue and not that there are 10 more in front waiting for their medicines.

β β β β β What e use of appointment when u hv to wait for more than 1hr!!! Payment very fast in less than 3mins of waiting!!!!!! Just a mere pre-departure swab test that is less than 5mins!!! Not till i raised my voice at counter and only then e nurses do it immediately!! WTH!! There 3 nurses and 2 doctors around!! One of the nurses can do the job but they just refused to do it! Brush up on ur services!!!!

β β β β β Will not visit anymore , too many doctors some sitting at the cashier n i had told them i cnt take the mixture because it will make my body itch but they told me that i can consume ???? That is the reason infact she is just nurse but act like the doctor and nvr even border to inform or ask the doctor , at the end i throw away the med , Horr i will not enter this clinic anymore , talk a few words, medicine keep changing n changing just like a mouse doing experiment.

β β β β β The female Tiffany Yap I-Chern is terrible. No checking or diagnosis, just asked me what's my symptoms and already try to dispense me medicine based on my description like memorizing a book. Until I asked "aren't you going to check on me or anything", which she sheepishly replied "ok" and took out her stethoscope and checked my lungs, but never told me how it is. She is worse than a nurse or technician, barely a clinical admin staff level of competency. She is like a cosplayer with a doctor's costume faking being a doctor. I normally get Dr Lee or even other locum doctors which are very good, and the front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful so I did have a good impression on this clinic. I didn't know where this Dr Tiffany was hiding but avoid her at all cost. Really give an otherwise good clinic a bad rap.

β β β β β I visited this clinic a few times before, clinic is clean, receptionists are very friendly, doctors are patient, the experiences were good. But not this time. I had my consultation by Daniel Lim this morning, the experience was pretty bad. My throat is not feeling well, he asked me a few questions within 1 min, without checking or explaining what are the symptoms, just tell me that I have to do a swap test and want me to wait outside. He did check my throat only when I start asking about the my condition. He shows attitude during the whole process. This is the quote from him: βwe are humans, we all have attitude.β To be fair the PET test conducted by him was fine, but Iβm here to seek medical consultation, not your attitude, keep that to yourself.

β β β β β Clinic is clean and comfortable. No rude receptionists too. Been here a few times, Dr Lee Ceh Yong is pretty good and patient. Bothered to explain to me whats going on. Dr Tiffany Yap also helped to clear my ears a couple of times, no complaints from me.
Only problem I had was with some older slightly fat male doc who wore specs. He was very dismissive of me when I told him my allergy concerns with the vaccine. Don't think he should be a doctor. Other than that, the clinic is good.

β β β β β I am very sick today. Went to see doctor, I barely can stand. The clinic opens at 8.30 am, as a medical center you should watch for people that is sick standing out. I knocked the glass door and the nurse just ignored me and insisted to open the door at 8.30 am on the dot. Clinics should look out for v sick people, not insisted on the opening hours. What if I faint outside? Very disappointing. The doctors are rather friendly.
