โ โ โ โ โ Doctor refused to work on my daughter's gum issue. Only could advise to go polyclinic and did not provide any intermediary relief for her gum issue till the polyclinic visit. I had to pay up 15 dollars for his useless advice. What a waste.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best clinic I had been to, though I have to admit I do not know the cost of consultation here as I am using IHP.
The doctor is attentive and carefully quizzed me on my medical history, instead of just running through motion and trying to shove me out ASAP, like some clinics I went to before. Even reminded me about my Gout test when I visit it again for unrelated illness.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the clinic this morning and glad to find nice attentive doctor ( Dr Daleen), receptionist and swab staff in this area. They were efficient and friendly in handling my toddlers.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked appointment for ART swab test and clinic was closed without notice. Nurse from dental side told me to travel quickly to Farrer park with COVID positive patient within 30mins to rush there before closing time... Taking gov jobs but not adhering to standards. Reporting this to MOH first thing tomorrow. Don't even have the courtesy to inform patients not to come. Horrible

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the clinic on 7th April, around 10.30am. While the staff in the clinic was friendly and ART was done correctly, didn't like the fact that they claimed to see a very faint 2nd line, which by the way disappered in the end, but insisted I am C+. Had to arrange for PCR test to confirm that I am negative. My visit to the clinic was around 10.30am, and yet when they have submitted my ART test result to MOH, the timing stated was 1.20pm. Thank god my subsequent PCR test was negative and was submitted to MOH at later timing.
I also think that the doctor on duty was unprofessional as on one hand told me that my throat was having bacterial tonsillitis, and a dose of antibiotics will be given, but actual meds given did not include antibiotics without any explanation. Will never visit the clinic again.
