Very pleasant experience today. Checked by Dr Tang, she was very gentle, supportive, and helpful. She patiently explained what medicines were good and safe for me, she even could still remember my previous visit. Well recommended and keep up the great service.

My mother has been seeing Dr Tang for a few years now. Everytime she visits her, she will come back with lots of smiles and sing praises for Dr Tang. She is indeed a very caring doctor who genuinely takes care of every aspects of a patient's health. Big thanks to Dr Tang! Would be good if the waiting time to collect the medicine can be shortened. Usually we have to wait around 30 minutes (or more) after consultation.

Probably the worst attitude of the registration counter nurse. Here to see doctor not to be demanded by rude impolite frontline desk. Very poor attitude.

Called to check whether they do wound dressing, they said yes and ask to come. When I reached I saw many other patients, but now they say they can't dress the wound because they do not have a certain solution. I wonder why this is not communicated through the phonecall when I called. Anyway, I'm writing to MOH and healthboard to check on this.

The worst doctor you can find in Singapore, telling my child illness which a brief check (Less then 15 sec) and just tell me package medication that's all. Asking him what is the issue, the reply just say packages medication stay home 3 days. Those who want to try a worst doctor with package medication can come Visited at Saturday evening around 8pm (Comments written based on this timing Consulting)

Sent my helper for her medical checkup and 3hrs plus still not her turn yet! I’m not sure if she has to wait till 4hrs. Numbers jump not in sequence and not transparent on how they prioritise queue system. Is a domestic helper medical checkup less important that she needs to sit there for 3hrs plus and counting? Very unacceptable.

Decided to come here for any wound dressing after an I&D procedure. Was told there was no iodine solution so they can’t do it for me. I eventually went to unity to get my own solution and have them do it. The male locum doctor told me to remove my old dressing when I haven’t sanitized my hands. Btw, I was seated on the chair instead of the examination bed which was filled with things. He placed the huge medical disposal bin and told me to bend over for the wound dressing? Mind you my wound was on my forehead. Oh yes, I even opened the iodine solution bottle since his hand was in pain :) I don’t know where they got their guts to charge me $33 for consultation when I didn’t receive any? It was a simple dressing (or rather messy?) to which I provided the medical solution out of my own pocket. Atrocious.

Dr Desmond Yang Dezhen has totally ruined my experience with this clinic. He has been rude and being in compassionate about his patients. I always like to visit Dr Tang Kim Lian as she is very motherly and patient towards her patient. I can understand the clinic is full and both the doctors and nurses are under pressure, but it should not work this way. They have prioritized those non symptom therefore it put up number will not called in sequence without anymore explanation until it is going to be my turn and the nurse came to me and explain to me, that I will need to wait longer when in fact it has been 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I asked for the reason, she has explained that Dr Yang will not be able to see those with symptom due to longer wait time or swab required. To my shocking, I asked for Dr Yang to explain and he said “even need to prioritize, it will not be me because there are too many older people in front me”. I am shocked to hear this. I am only asking for fairness. If I come early; he should see me first. Yet he said there is this notice in front. I can understand the logic, but at least please do let me know in advanced instead of putting this notice. I can’t imagine those elderly, they will have to wait super long.
