Front desk lady was friendly, even though there were lots of people queueing, she was serving the customers patiently. Visited a locum doctor who named Hu Gan, he was very friendly and professional too. Quite pleasant experience visiting this clinic.

I was just there earlier … my experience wasn’t at all pleasant . From the receptionist who came across as quite unpolished in manners to the doctor who seemed in a hurry to dismiss patient away ( he seemed rather annoyed when I insisted that my mum’s condition be looked at ). It’s a locum doctor to be fair. My mum’s original hypertension meds ( norvasc ) wasn’t available so I was given a generic. And this receptionist had the cheek to tell me that the meds ( norvasc ) that my mum has been taking all these years ( that one is cheapo - these were her exact words ). Imagine !!! I corrected her ( it doesn’t take a scientist to prove if a medication is generic or original ) well … she had to admit she was wrong. It’s the high handed attitude that just irks me. I wasn’t throwing my weight on her though I am in the know of my mum’s meds. Ironically while waiting I happened to read all the negative reviews about the clinic . Indeed I miss that lady doctor ( long ago ) and Dr Seah. It’s indeed sad to see how STANDARDS have waned

This clinic good? My foot! called clinic didnt pick up, like calling a ghost clinic. Online shows 5.30pm close, reached clinic at 4.10pm already not taking in anymore patient. Go at your own risk, unless you just staying upstairs or very nearby can walk up and down to check. They dont understand, people already sick still be treated this way.

Recep was very unprofessional. Was there in the afternoon, and she stopped accepting patients 30mins after opening, saying ‘if I accept more 6pm also cannot go home already’. Exchanged looks with other patients and felt like I wasn’t the only one that feel that that comment was very uncalled for. Long wait time, doctor was alright but her attitude was very offputting. Last time visiting

Visted this clinic on 8th march 22 morning. The lady at the reception was very friendly, she patiently answered all my questions through phone and in person. In most clinics the receptionists I encounter will either be hostile or indifferent. The doctor is also very friendly. The lady who took swab test is also pleasant.

16th July 2022 Went to this clinic as my son is vomiting. Enter the clinic the moment I step in,the clinic a/c is not working. They are using fan but with close door . No fresh air ventilation and obviously people who in the clinic everyone is not well. The clinic looks old and dirty as the ceiling had mould stain.i was serve by a receptionist name Felicia . The Dr GP on that day name Dr Chan Wei Tat Eugene. He is very rude unprofessional. He dosnt check my son and give a proper check up.Ive told him I have a vomiting medication and he gave the same thing which I already have at home. As I have an insurance and I have a reimbursement letter which need the Dr to write down the diagnosis, need his signature and a company stamp.it seems he is not familiar with insurance reimbursement, he gave a reason he is not comfortable to sign.He is so rude and told me if im not happy I can go and see a different Dr.I ask for a refund as I want to claim from my insurance and the reception Felicia is not doing her best to help.Very disappointed, my son is sick and I regret going to this clinic

Visit at your own risk. Nurse ask to come back at about 1 hr later, my grandma injured her leg can't walk properly. Went down 1hr later she told us to wait for another 1hr? Poor time management.

No queue system at all. We waited for an hour already, someone walk in and talk to the Receptionist, looked like the person know her, they started talking and she just let the person cut queue. That person seen not seriously sick or whatever... Everybody was waiting inside the Clinic. Some more waiting patient is baby. I asked why that person can just jump queue, the receptionist said is Doctor want to see him first. Ask me to scold the doctor .. ????? Will not visit this Clinic again. Such a poor service !!!!
