β β β β β Food took way to long to come. Service was so bad, I wanna give a 0 but i cant, so iβll give it a 1. Requested many times to fill up the soup but no one came back after taking our request, until the soup base burnt, and the hot soup splashed on us which burned me.

β β β β β One of the staff here attitude was very bad. The drink supposed to be refillable, and she seem like unhappy to refill for us . So i asked her should I refill myself or u wanna help , ζι’is totally anyhow do it and put inside the soup just like eating ι’η²η²Ώγ i took a video down , but too bad unable to upload here. Anyway Lucky the manager there is so helpful and professional .

β β β β β The smell was very very strong upon entering. The table was squeezy for the five of us. Surprisingly, the smell did not linger on our clothes after leaving the restaurant.
The restaurant was full on Sat 6.30 with a short queue outside. The ordered the 3-persons promo set and the food was enough. We had the Ma La, Tomato and also Mushroom Soup. The soup bases were delicious! I enjoyed them. My friend who was enjoyed his Ma La soup ιΊ» but not θΎ£ was satisfied with it. The food was fresh. We ordered spicy sauce #4 and non-spicy sauce #5 and they were delicious!
The female manager of this branch and also the waitress who served us that day were warm, friendly and accommodating. They might not have HDL level of service; however, I like their service better. To pay so much more for HDL, I expect HDL service to be top notch.
I enjoyed the food at Shi Li Fang !

β β β β β Big portion for 9.90 package. The Tom yam soup is just nice to me. Not too spicy and too strong. Ordered luncheon meat and Chinese sausage. Maybe it was off peak but the tables not even half full for a Sunday lunch. Will come again some day.

β β β β β Ordered via grab! Amazing deal for $10.xx - 1 soup base, 1 carb (noodles/rice) & 8 ingredients. Super hugeeeee portion, good for 2pax. Only 4 stars because the ingredients such as lotus, potato, yam, raddish were pretty hard & not cooked long enough. Will reorder with other ingredients instead!

β β β β β Service for some staff is great, while some may not be that great. Food tastes good as usual. Cups used for drinks seems dirty as I can see a layer of oil after filling up the drink.

β β β β β A good, but not THAT good hotpot experience, the outlet here has a unique property of being at two different places, the places are close together so it doesnβt matter much, but itβs interesting. The food itself was fine I guess, but not interesting, staff was nice but not interesting for me. Overall a good hotpot dining area, but I canβt say much else besides that, it might be close to a 3 star if the drinks wasnβt refillable.
