- noodles were springy
- no yellow noodle taste! which was good
- soya chicken could have been more fragrant and the portion could have been more
3.5 stars / 5! was decently satisfying but could’ve been better hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard at this stall is pretty good. The soy sauce Chicken and the wanton noodle soup would be comparable to those found in 茶餐厅 in Hong Kong. Of course we cannot compare the wantons - those in Hong Kong can be the size of ping pong balls.
Their noodles is the Hong Kong egg noodle that is more springy and different texture. Some folks prefer our local type but hey, this stall is named Hong Kong soy sauce Chicken... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprise! The Soy Sauce Chicken was really good, tender and juicy. I was given chicken drumstick, the skin and meat really smooth and tender! The sauce is good too. Highly recommend!
