I was asking to do a customization but the boss or owner flat out refused. I was willing to pay for all the effort. I was also willing to take the consequences if my order was a failure as long as what i want was done. Not a good shop to buy at coz not accommodating. Very disappointing. The cashier lady was nice though.

Rude staff, brought a $8 balloon and the stick broke after 5min, the staff is unwilling to change and ignored me several time,this is suppose to be a shop selling kids stuff, what’s the point of selling when they r so rude, don’t even deserve 1 star.

I ought to give them less than 1 star. I don't understand why this place sells toys and kids associated things when they are extremely rude to kids. The cashier lady is nice but the uncle has basically zero manners. He snatched an air pump from my kid's hands. Terrible man who obviously needs to go to school first and learn manners before running a business for kids.

Before you buy from them please read this. Owner of this shop has extremely bad attitude, he is rude and very mean to children ( shouted at a young boy for touching a paw patrol balloon on display ). When asked about the price of the balloons, he simply snapped at me to look carefully at the shelf for price tags before asking. Price wise his balloons are also extremely expensive compared to other places. Even popular at Northpoint sells cheaper and better quality balloons compared to this shop. Having a birthday party and want to order from this shop? Please reconsider. I ordered from them a bunch of happy birthday balloons to be ready on the 22nd of March. Rude owner called me on 20th of March to let me know that the shop has ran out of the balloons that I ordered, when questioned why, he said that the shop assistant accidentally sold them away. I asked for a refund and he said it's not possible and I had to choose from his other balloons that he got left. Owner attitude 0/10 Price 0/10 Delivery 0/100 You can find better options at the mamashop near you.

Have always been purchasing things from them for my kids whenever we pass by. Be it sweets or little toys or balloons. Never going back again cuz the staff - guy is stingy as hell when i asked for a change of 2 $1 coins today.
