Best Ramen restaurant in Singapore

E	EK G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly thicker noodles with light broth. Try the aged shoyu or kara miso if you prefer stronger taste. They serve lean chashu and the chicken breast meat in one of the ramen is quite well seasoned and tender. Polite staff.
M	Mingxun Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgettable ramen experience. A little confused about the high rating. Soup tasted alright but the consistency was so watery and didn’t cling to the noodles. Ordering process was actually a pain. Chicken skin’s aioli and the shrimp paofan wasn’t that bad, but the egg in the paofan was rubbery.

Wife is only of those who only eats porridge when she's sick and she loved it. I had the Pork Ribs Teriyaki which is awesome! Delicious portions of ribs with meat falling off the bone! Never knew I'd enjoy eating ribs with chopsticks so much.

The ramen was quite average although it looks nice with the foam in the soup. The char siew was quite tough and soup was not salty. The salmon sashimi was on promotion with every purchase of ramen. It was average as that is what you expect and get from a $1 per piece sashimi.

However it's a little pricey for the small serving in a bowl and adding noodles is chargeable; my friend (female) was still hungry after having the items below. Note that the salmon promo of $1 isn't a available as of Feb 2022. Black garlic ramen - $15.90 Pork loin bun - 4.90 Salmon - $5
D	Desmond Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly the type of ramen I expected as the broth was foamy. Taste wise it was ok, flavorful enough. Deep fried Renkon was too salty and over fried (color was obvious) Special truffle ramen taste was off and doesn't go well. Black garlic ramen was much better. Tamago Ebi don was quite plain till we added the shoyu from the sashimi.
G	Glenn Thum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice thick broth that isn't overly salty. Interesting fusion with the pork ribs but the ribs were slightly dry. Would recommend the normal ramen instead. Had the $1 sashimi slices which were fresh and thick. Overall a good experience with friendly staff.

Spicy Coriander Ramen is not as spicy as expected. My friend gave a 40/99 for the spiciness level. Love the free flow green tea (refillable at $2) and free flow water. Don’t mind coming back again!
