Order was made thru QR code scanning & food were served within 10 mins which I considered as fast & efficient :) Food portion quite small & the minus point is no dessert such as ice cream or cakes ?
J	Jason Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying out this Ramen chain. Food wise, the broth was really great. It was rich, robust, and full of flavour. Unfortunately, everything else was below average, from the selection to the taste. We went there after peak lunch hour (around 3pm), so you would expect the service to be good. However, it took me a long time to get the staff's attention. That pushed the rating down by another notch. Since I don't stay in the East, it's unlikely that I would want to visit again, as I would rather try another place if I'm going all the way there.

Flavourful cha shu, good noodle texture (plus the option for white skinny noodles or yellow wavy noodles), flavourful tonkotsu broth (with the right amount of saltiness too). Somehow it lacks a certain engagement, maybe the wide and spacious restaurant is just too un-Japanese?

K	Kelvin Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent Ramen at reasonable prices. Definitely better than Ajisen. Only complain is noodles are slightly too soft. Will prefer more al dente & springy. I like the soup though, not too thick & yet still full of flavours. Side dishes are priced affordably too.

The pot was really very very hot and there was option to have the rice charred like a clay pot style- by leaving it there before stirring the rice and the raw egg! It was very tasty indeed. Would not have mind eating a bit more! The ramen was ok, average even tho it was their top of the line item, Grand Ton or something. But the soup base hmm had a weird taste. Wish they had the miso base on the menu item! Else It bad, perhaps a tad pricey. But what was also impressive was that the server would serve with a hairnet, for hygiene purposes. Maybe others do too, but…. they are doing their part.
I	Isaac Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always felt that this place was one of the most underrated ramen places in the area. I especially love the braised pork belly as it is unbelievably soft and tender, to the point of melting in your mouth. Also, So always seem to have pretty value-for-money sets that are sure to end each meal with a sense of satisfaction. I had the mapo tofu set in my last trip, and it was really tasty, and the rice and croquettes really left me feeling full and happy. Refillable ice green tea is also an absolute plus at any Japanese place.
