โ โ โ โ โ Did a few pairs of my shoes on a few occasions here with Mark. Decided to return this time round because trust and workmanship has been satisfactory in my experiences with Shukey. But this other guy was trying to rip us off. In the 5 minutes of conversation he offered us a price at least 2 times of what Mark used to charge us. Not to mention this guy kept revising the charges multiple times during our conversation and it just seems like he was very dishonest and shady about doing business with us. We decided not to go ahead with Shukey. Ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Workmanship is far from unsatisfactory. Sent a bag to them for repair but came back in a much poorer condition with new stains and scratches. Had to send to another shop to fix. Think twice if you are looking to send your leather goods over. Itโs not worth the risks.

โ โ โ โ โ They may not have a grand shop frontage or much marketing/ publicity, but they do provide friendly and professional service on my Chanel patent bag recently. I have showed my Chanel patent bag to few popular bag spas but they told me cannot restore as itโs patent leather which is very difficult to restore. Then I remember someone ever mentioned to me about Shukey bag repair services, so I contacted them and they said they are able to restore patent leather. This is my first time trying their bag service and wonโt be last.. They saved my Chanel patent bag! They helped my bag bring back the glossy shine and no more sticky touch. I am so happy with their excellent service and have also let them fixed two more bags, a vintage Dior and a metallic Prada tote bag for re-colouring service. Their pricing is very reasonable and definitely cheaper than those well known bag spas which I have experience and they can deliver much better results! Thanks Raymond and Eric for excellent workmanship and Shirley for friendly service!

โ โ โ โ โ My family has always been visiting Andrew for repairs and never had a problem. When i send my shoes to Andrewโs brother, he overcharged me at $80 for a simple repair of glueing and stitching. After one day of wear, the soles came off and I had to go back to repair again. Same problem happened again. Will never return again. Simple job canโt do properly.

โ โ โ โ โ I am shocked by the quality of the work, I have never encountered this ever in my life. Went in to shorten my belt but very lousy job was done. Please avoid this place for belt shortening.
I left my belt to get shorten as they seem to know what they were doing but came back seeing glue over the belt, not even aligned.
They just did a rush job to shorten it not taking into account how the other side will look like.
They were friendly but honestly quality of work is horrible, I went because I was passing by, big regret.
Not to mention this was a Dior beltโฆ
