N	Nur Magix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my suede Gucci bag for cleaning. It has mold on it. Less than 2 months after collecting it, the mold reappeared. During collection I remember asking MyBagSpa if they used any protective chemical to prevent mold from returning and she said Yes. Apparently they didnt.

The attitude of the woman in counter was rude as well. There are many other bag spas in Singapore that one should check out. Just DO NOT send your branded bags here. Outrageous charges as well for a simple conditioning which turned out BAD. I was completely disappointed and utterly disgusted !!! And don't trust all the good reviews as you can see that it's all FAKE.

My bag had some small finger scratching marks on the side pocket. I was told by other well known bag cleaning/restoration places that it was impossible to restore it. To my surprise, MyBagSpa of Lucky Plaza did a super perfect job! My bag not only looks BRAND NEW sexy black, the scratches are not visible anymore!! I highly recommend MyBagSpa and they do not charge ridiculous prices - one place quoted me SGD660 for restoration - MADNESS. Don't waste your time in other bag cleaning places! Just come straight here!! I just recommended my colleagues, and they are going to send in their bags after they saw the result on my Chanel. Thank you MyBagSpa!

The paint rework, which took another 3 months, made the colour patchy. The smell was somewhat reduced but still lingering. The stitches were not spared from the paint despite asking to leave them as original. Took the bag to another shop for the lacquer work since and the owner commented on the disappointing work delivered by such an established shop. Sorry, but I cannot trust the workmanship of MyBagSpa again.

Lady staff handled my bag roughly, folding over the top of the bag to compare inner leather vs outer leather, and rambled on and on without taking time to ask questions or listen. She was unclear in explaining what was cleaning vs refresh, shooting all over the place that refresh means remove smell, unable to clearly explain their services, i had to ask a few times. Only interested in selling color replacement. Had a way better experience at another shop yesterday. Rates here are also higher. If you are looking for service, there are better options.
