Silom Bowl - 531A Upper Cross St

Went here back in June and fell in love with the Thai beef noodles. Very good location the fact that there isn’t much halal choices around the area. After I took the first bite, I thought I was in Bangkok. It’s legit authentic. Next time I come here I want to order 17 bowls for myself. So shiok I like. Forgot to take picture because I was busy taking videos for IG Story. Will take a selfie next time.

They are willing to go above and beyond. I wanted to haved braised chicken noodles but dry. They willing to separate the soup and the noodles. Thumbs up for providing great service. Eating the chicken noodles without soup still have the great taste. The ingredients from the soup still lingers on the sticky noodles. Tried something different and loving it

Authentic Thai Beef Noodles (unit 01-42)...adding more variety to the already wide selection of hawker food available here......we really enjoyed our lunch....will be back again the next time we are in Hong Lim.....?

Generous bowl of Thai duck noodle! Love the noodle!! It’s so springy ? The thai style herbal soup was slightly towards a more sweet and slightly sour side, pairs super well with their chilli flakes!!

It’s my first time leaving Google review bcoz I just wish to applause the polite young chaps who are behind this stall. I had a very good, hearty bowl of Thai braised duck noodle. They told me chicken has sold out and offered slice duck instead (adding 2x large handmade chicken balls). It was soooo good, the soup was fiery (they offered some condiments to season the broth, just like those food stall seen in Thailand), really authentic taste. The portion was so generous but I couldn’t help finished it all! It was at the ground floor, facing the wet market behind. Give it a chance and u won’t regret. Surely will revisit!

This is my first time? eating Thai Beef Noodle from Silom Bowl. It was ordered by my colleague? for me because I was serving quarantine at the hotel. I received the meal while it was warm but I ate it after an hour later. What is so special about this Beef Noodle? Okay, let me give a very honest ?review. I would say, the broth was not that thick ??as compared to some of beef noodle that I ever had with other shop. It was not as sour & sweet compared with others which really suit my taste buds?. I believe, if my mum would have taste this, she would love it so much?. The only part that a little bit turn off ?is, the beef. It would be good if the beef could be cutting into smaller? pieces, so that easy for consumer to chew. It's quite difficult for me to chew actually. ? What's more? I loved the soft-boiled egg, it tasted like ramen egg?. How I wish, I could ask for extra soft-boiled egg if I knew it's gona be like ramen egg! Huhu~ ? Overall, satisfying? my tummy. I got the Braise Beef Shank Noodles. I really liked the noodles, it tasted fresh and was delicious. the broth was tasty and the fresh herbs and fried garlic added lots of flavour. The beef shank was a bit hard and could be braised more and cut thinner. It was hard to take a bite off the beef. I was super happy that it was served with all the regular thai condiments on the side as that is what makes this taste more authentic. I will definitely come back to try the duck and the beef balls too.
