★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Nicholas for the commendable service! Thought that buying from Simmons boutique will cost more but they actually had the lowest price + most freebies when I did my price comparison. Also, Nicholas does what he says when it comes to follow-ups for price adjustments and ensuring I had a delivery slot in time for moving in (altho this was not guaranteed but he made it happen). Good price + service, cannot ask for more.

A month ago, I went to several places to choose pillows, maybe because of the small items, most people didn't want to serve me, I was very disappointed. When I came to plaza singapura Simmons, Kandy not only asked me to try many pillows of different hardness, she even spent an hour understanding my sleeping posture and habits to help me choose the right pillow. I am very satisfied with neckcare 3 pillow , Next time I need a mattress, will definitely come back to look for Kandy again.

The salesperson Kandy ( Xiao Qin) so helpful to explain the difference between each product … patience, professionalism, sincerity, honesty and reliability are rare qualities in today's service industry.
