Wonderful experience every time I visited the clinic . Doctor is very cooperative, gives adequate time to discuss the problem. I am very much impressed.

Instead of a referral letter to a specialist, I was lectured. Doc expressed his unhappiness with the insurance company of my employer. He called them ‘crooks’ and it is a corrupted scheme as he gets paid $6 per patient’s visit. Refused to give me a referral letter. Time and effort wasted for the pain I have had for long time. Came to see another GP who accommodated me in a much more friendly manner.

Strongly DO NOT recommend. We visited a few times, doctor is never punctual. This visit was the last straw. Doctor keeps coming out to dispensary to chit-chat and we spent 45mins waiting despite having only 2 patients in queue. Unprofessional - sms and answer personal calls during consultation. When medicine dropped on the ground under his desk, uses feet to kick it to himself. I consulted him on 3 different issues in 1 visit, but i observed the doctor wrote 3 different visitation dates in my medical card and insurance form despite my reluctance and questioning. Reason given: 1) He is in fact helping me. Medicine cannot be given in collective bulk? In all honesty, it wasn't a lot at all. This was my first time hearing such reasoning from my years visiting GP clinics. 2) Earnings per visitation under insurance claim was very little. "Do u know how much administrative work we have to do for this?" He retorted and as he went on to complain how little he earns per visit because I was using my company's insurance card. (None of my business?) A poor impression was left. If you can help it, do not visit.

The clinic operates by appointment to prevent infectious patients fr spreading during the pandemic hence we only waited for 8mins. The clinic also provides swap test which we can avoid the SHN aft the negative 24hrs test. Reasonable charges and the medicines are fast effective too.

Very Rude Doctor. Talk to patients sickness at the waiting area in-front of other patients. I still remember there’s a patient came for a HIV test and the doctor talked to that patient in front of other patients at the waiting area. I assumed that’s a very embarrassing and sensitive issue/sickness for that patient.

went to chew Clinic and they referred me to Simon Road Family clinic to do PCR Test. The nurse asked me to go one big round to enter the clinic from the back entrance but i was having fever. After tested, the doc asked me to leave and left me at the back door and he walked away like i'm not welcomed. the doctor was rude and very unfriendly, definitely not visit again.

Regret not to read google review first before make a visit. This is first and for sure will be my last visit as well. The previous negative comments all sum up, i.e. rude / arrogant / unprofessional doctor. He googled and showed me the eczema picture from his PC. Which I can for sure to "see" from my current own skin rash condition. OMFG Just wondering if this is for him to confirm the syndrome via googling.... Unfriendly tone to ask if I were from China ???? What does it relate to the skin rash or disease I'm going to consult for? Take a photo of my skin rash without ask for consent. No conclusion / Not helpful to answer my questions about treatment of skin rash. "Only a cream to apply..." is the ultimate reply from a doctor. When first step into the clinic I knew this is something wrong. I've never seen a clinic is so emptiness in my life. No queue. First patient during lunch hour. When asked for a referral letter to NSC of course the offer is turned down. Want me to return for follow up ? That's ridiculous if you have no solution provided this time !!!!
