โ โ โ โ โ Dr Sim and his staff are very professional and dedicated to their practice. Before the root canal treatment, they gave me a detailed walkthrough of the treatment and the managment of after treatment effect, which I did not encounter.
Dr Sim is very skilled, assuring and efficient. My treatment was over with minimal discomfort. Dr Sim also gave me a note on the things to look out for post-treatment.
The next day after my treatment, Dr Sim's staff Joann called me to check that I am well. I was very touched by their concern. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ My 3rd root canal done by Dr Timothy SIM today. Simply the best. Highly recommended. Fast, efficient, let u know what's ahead n ensuring sufficient anesthetic so no pain during procedure. Clinic assistants are patient n friendly. I almost fell asleep if not for the loud drilling noise.

Not only had I not felt any pain during the treatment, I felt very much cared for. He distracts me by chatting with me and reassuring me. His loyal assistant Joanne genuinely cares for the practice, from the way she cares for the patients.
Overall, I am confident to say that you can trust that you are in good hands by having your root canal treatments done at Simply Endodontics.
