★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 7.05pm and denied access but allowed some guys before me to enter and collect their parcel. What is so difficult allowing someone like me who travelled from Changi after work all the way to West Mall to collect a parcel? It won't even take 5 minutes. I hate to say but the attitude is shocking - how about you guys start work at 12 noon and serve till 8pm? This will give more working adults a chance to collect parcels. Why so hard and inflexible about the timings? Understand that you have to get off work - so please start later and end later!!!! thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a reminder notice for a parcel which I had already picked up few days prior. Unknowingly I went to the post office again and needless to say they have nothing to give me. The staff just said that this has happened because they prepared the reminder slips a few days a head before sending it out and I so happened to pick it up in between the days.
For a national postal service of an aspiring smart nation, their workflow protocol are so outdated as if computers never existed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We send a parcel to Pakistan via Singapore Post Bukit Batok Central Branch 408600 West Mall, on 21 December 2020, at 16:58 hrs, consisting of 2 Uniqlo Sweaters, worth sgd 39.90 and sgd 19.90.
Postage cost was worth 27.50 , (basic mail cost 22.50 and sgd 5 for PM Bag Large with gst 0.33 which was wave off)
The parcel was not recieved by recipient for long time, even then winter season there also almost end.
We use to call helpline and each time they say to wait, due to covid situation, so after waiting for long, we launch a written complaint to them on 5th February 2021.
We got a response from them on call that it's clear from our end, check at Pakistan end, when we ask them what details to tell them for checking there and where to check there, they say Government post office there with both parties names details...
When asked at our home country end they ask for tracking number, which we don't have...
This means that the service of normal Singapore post without tracking charges is not reliable and not guaranteed.
The parcel is lost now , wasting all our time, energy, emotions and money, total approx sgd 87.3 plus petrol charges and stuff...
They Singapore post should either contact the party at other country themselves as they are directly dealing with them or should tell straight that if no tracking , services are not guaranteed...
and in that case it means no one should use their services, why to pay if it's not guaranteed...and they should be clear about this thing then...
Will definitely NOT Recommend them to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment to collect HPB tracker from 6-7pm. I was stucked at M1 store which is on the ground floor. About 6.53pm, Knowing that I may be late, ask my husband to go up to the fifth floor post office to collect on my behalf with the email and identify card. But staff said need my 365 app. Once I finished my business at M1 store, I went upstairs to the post office immediately. Reached the post office at 7.01pm. The post office shutter is down. Staff saw me and my husband outside the post office and came over. She just asked us to return the next day, knowing that my husband was here earlier . Isn't there any huma
n touch ? I was late by 1 minutes and my husband was there earlier, tried to collect on my behalf but they declined. In these days of covid situation and minimise iof going out, the staff does not entertain our request and ask us to come back the next day?
Haiz... Truly disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to post office to deliver a registered mail. Items were able to fit into the letterbox when measured by the first staff and she recommended me to purchase ONE smart pac. However she did not mention to position it nicely and it turned out unable to send. Sought help and second staff mentioned that I have to buy another smart pac even though it fit into the letterbox. Very unhelpful and not cost friendly.

Called 1605 they said email.
After email with photo attachment, no response.
Go back to west mall they ask me call 1605.
In the end my parcel missing for a month.
I had to ask the delivery lady to confirm the location of my parcel via her colleagues.
