★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 mins wait just to get 1 parcel mailed out. Faster to just walk to another post office.
I dont think its very fair for all other customers when a corporate company sends in 200 to 300 registered mail and the staff has to label them one by one. Everyone elses item would only take 1 mins at most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 3/jan Monday morning about 10+/-, Served by a female staff . Most unhelpful, wanted to charge $6 postage, insist that item go by speedpost, normal mail cannot. Absolutely ridiculous, the same day, afternoon, at the serangoon central branch near my home, posted it for $1.50. writing this review cos receipant text to say item is well received. Would appreciate singpost bras basah to upskill and counsel the staff. Perhaps, she wasn't in work mode to serve....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient staff members. Always extending a helping hand. This branch is the nearest one from where I work. Very convenient like everything else in Singapore. The branch is quite spacious and generally on average not too crowded as compared to those located in the heartlands. But of course, that depends on the time as there will always be peak timings.
