Was told I could not collect a parcel because the addressee name doesn't match my ic, even after I showed them my Facebook account with my matching nickname and the conversation between me and the sender they still refused to release my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery men never call me, and collection time only work day work time except for Saturday morning...I applied leave to collect it, my ic lost and I showed the picture but they don't allow me to collect.... Ask me to bring passport..... And other card cannot also. They don't know their collection time doesn't make sense at all? Or they just don't care??? I don't want the package now and I will never ever use singpost.

This French-Singaporean bakery is perfect for a light lunch and a coffee, for a solo trip and a read by the bookshelves, or a group meet. Situated in a lovely indie neighbourhood, this cafe is off the beaten track and comes recommended by the Lonely Planet pocket guide and TripAdvisor. The croissants are crispy and buttery, and the coffee is deep and flavoursome. A definite hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAM machine kiosk error after printing 5 labels. Post office counter unable to help with the machine and do not have email to help customers.
Hope SingPost keep up with the SAM machine maintenance and saves everyone time.
