Poor quality of their "smart watch"! Insolent customer service, heard that i want to cancle the line, they even did not want to speak to me!!

The customer service is really poor.They don't seem to care about their customer waiting and don't answer our questions directly.I was directed to different employees as they were replying with "I am not sure" I have to check and get back to you" they are not able to provide answers.

Poor service. Staff is not friendly - bad attitude. Did not even bother to let me enter the store. In general, Singtel service is not consistent with their services.

Went down today to recontact my mobile phone plan as well as to get the Samsung S21+ at a great promo price plus other freebies... Excellent Service attended by Mr Daniel Lock, Singtel Shop Jurong Point.

I’d give 0 stars if i could. I would strongly advice you to go to other singtel outlets. To this point i’ve whatsapped and contacted singtel on all their available platforms to no reply and avail. Unsatisfactory service on the 8th and 16th December at Jurong Point Singtel Retail store.i’d like to provide feedback on the unsatisfactory service provided by service and sales staff at Jurong Point outlet. On the 8th my family and I consisting of my father and mother were attempting to revise our contract plan with sales assistant [redacted for privacy]. Understandably while he was unable to give us a full insight of the plan due to the absence of another team member who had went out (mio tv) we had waited to no avail. It was futile so we returned another day (today) only to be met by less than ideal service. While queueing for our queue number the staff addressing us was rude. When we attempted to readdress the contract issue with [redacted], we were informed that he was busy whilst we saw he was on the ground on multiple accounts not attending to other customers or tasks. I am quite disappointed at the time wasted and the condescending behaviour we were willing to forgive. Ultimately my parents and I left opting to go elsewhere. If this is the standard that is the norm at all outlets, i’m afraid our trust in Singtel is misplaced.

A large shop in basement 1 in Jurong point, close to Boon Lay MRT station. Best place to get phone contracts if you live in the Jurong west area. My bad rating is for Singtel, due to its poor service.

Last night 8plus I was serve by a young man named Adam Kee for re-contract my mobile line and bought a new phone. Although time is late (they are closed at 9pm) but he is very patient and carefulness with those of us who are not tech savvy. We are very satisfied with his service. I want to praise him @Jurong Point Singtel Shop.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
