★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of black pump with a group of ladies with one celebrating birthday. Price tag on shoe show $115 and when making payment, sales lady also never say anything about the price in their system show $138. Card was swiped n after walking out of shop, friend realise the receipt show $138 so we walk back to store. To our utmost disgust, sales lady say she is aware and unfortunately they need to follow the price in the system which is higher.
In terms of customer experience, this is horrible. Usually shops will honor what is stated on the item but this shop, seems to be inflexible and cheating consumer money!
