β β β β β Horrible. I understand that due to Covid-19 we have to social distance. But in my case, they only allowed a family of 4 in. The mother and daughter were shopping for their shoes. However the father and the son are just wandering around the shop. If they are not buying anything, then why should they be allowed in. While allowing the shoppers, the mother and daughter, they could have allowed another family in. Very inefficient.

β β β β β Terrible the shop only allows 2 people enter each time. If the 2 going to try out 10 pairs of shoes each. Imagine that the rest of us don't have to enter already. Really sucks. 5 staffs served one Indian family that have 4 pax. Wanna faint.

β β β β β Visited the outlet on 9th Oct at 7pm. Bad service. A young male chinese sale assistant seems unhappy with his job. He was rude and behave like delinquent youth rather then a sales assistant. Saw an elderly aunty asked him questions, he just replied as if he is talking rudely to his grandmother. Bad image to the company Sketchers.

How about good service levels to match that promotion and make the customer experience better ?
Well, while the staff looked and seemed like they wanted to help, but seriously the attitude was bad.
Well one of the staff did realise we were serious about our purchases and attended to us.
Checking stock inventory and the store is a basic minimum in these kinda retail Jobs and should be expected of the staff. But if the staff were to give the customer the impression that they (the staff) are loathe to checking inventory / store or see that as extra work then thats not nice. Whether the staff meant it or otherwise they certainly did leave that impression ?. And no there was no smile.
To the credit of the store the promotion was good and they did have a variety on sale to cater to the needs of different customers. ?
