Went to extra mile to arrange sending over my sandal from other Aldo outlets to waterway point due to mine had no size in stock..
Overall best experience.. ⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever buy this brand anymore especially the WaterwayPoint ALDO. Poor quality and poor service! I bought this bag from Bugis store then found that the strap was hard to tie to the bag and went to Waterway Point to ask for a change, but the man who just simply took their display sample to me. At first I was never notice that and my boyfriend told them to gave us a new one, so this is what the man gave us, another spoiled with the skin. I was angry and I checked with the strap and thought everything is ok but then found that the skin was dropped abit at the corner. Wow it was such a happy experience and the staffs all having such a great excellent attitude to customer. How come so lousy with the staff to be so unqualified who treat customer in different way by depend on who the else the customer is.
