Would like to specifically compliment a staff - Ah Fong at Waterway point branch, an old lady who was extremely friendly and kind. She went extra miles to sew my pants' hook clip back herself after it was detached. Kudos to you and so kind of you, really appreciate it. On the side note to G2k production, please take note of your pants hook sew quality. 2 out of 3 pants that I bought got their hooks detached within 3 months of purchase. The waise size is appropriate and even abit loose hence dont came out with excuse saying it was due to undersized waist.

VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. Bought my suit here last week, top up for another set of shirt and tie. Was supposed to collect my altered pants and suit jacket that didn’t have my size. Happily went down with the collection sms. Was told cannot collect the jacket by their trainee, but could collect the altered pants - cause I didn’t bring the receipt. Wait what?! He passed me the altered pants but insisted that can’t give me my jacket. Cause he can’t verify my identity? Fine, requested to escalate. Came a lady in silk hijab and her diamond-studded apple watch, tried to talk me down and pin it as my fault - Yeah I created so much work for her that she had to stand there for FIVE MINUTES to look into the system to check which was my item. SERIOUSLY ISSIT SO HARD FOR YOU TO WORK FOR 5 MINS INSTEAD OF LETTING ONLY YOUR TRAINEE TO MAN THE FORT?! Maybe because it was a different salesperson. Or maybe cause I had made the full payment last week. The attitude was SO MUCH BETTER last week before I paid the whole sum. After I came home, then I realize they had given me the wrong color between pants and jacket anyway. Seriously rude and unpleasant experience today.
