★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Was told that engraving would be free upon purchase. Bought for a friend as a gift and came back to the shop following week to do the engraving and said they did not market it that it is free. They insisted i had to pay $5.90 for the engraving. I’m not sure how they train their staff and how can they false market their product. It felt like a scam.. Please avoid the store!!
