โ โ โ โ โ Waited half hour for it to open since 11am. Thought because staff wasn't ready. But none of the staff went to explain and as I step to peer inside the louvers went down. Such terrible service.

โ โ โ โ โ Went by Skechers at Marina Square today on date 6/03/2021 3.41 pm .and two passionate young lady staff named Jing Wei is very friendly and attentive , even though the shop is a bit crowded, but they still handle it well , kudos to them and good job !!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent customer service this afternoon which I have not experienced for the longest time. Young lad by the name of Farus (or Farud?...or variations....) was so kind & thoughtful, made good recommendations, knew products well and actually helped my boy to test the gap inside the shoes upon fitting. I am terribly sorry 'cos I might be wrong w the name. Many moons ago that I experience such fantastic service by a footwear retail staff. I am so impressed that he went for the extra mile and sooo young. I hardly leave reviews but this has prompted me to write one! Hope management will nurture, treasure and reward a gem like Farus (or Farud)! Thanks!!

โ โ โ โ โ Went on 19 June (Sunday) after dinner. Think the staff who served me was Yie Ting? (Young, long hair lady (not wearing spectacles) who sounded like a Malaysian?) She was very prompt to serve, very patient when I asked to try on a few pairs of shoes. When she was tied up with another customer, she sincerely apologised for making me wait. She made the whole shopping experience feel so good.
(There was another bespectacled shorter hair staff whom I also saw patiently attending to another lady, who should have been trying on quite a number of pairs of footwear based on the number of pairs I saw on the floor.)
When I want to buy Skechers again, this outlet will be my first choice. Not just convenience of the location, but the great customer service as well!

โ โ โ โ โ Best experience with the staff, Firas. He genuine, polite & welcoming. Super helpful & not forceful. He make sure I have a good fitting shoes & advise how to check if the shoes have a best fit. Very good serving employee!
