Skyzone Aircon Pte Ltd

We have taken few AC servicing from Skyzone. Initially it was ok but for the last servicing it appeared they tried upselling. Sunday did servicing on perfect condition AC for which I paid $70 and Monday water started leaking. When I called their service men they charged me another $60. Later when I turned on the AC, water was leaking again. I am not happy and will not call Skyzone again.

Great experience! You can schedule everything over WhatsApp which is very convenient in Singapore. They are super knowledgeable and diligent. They clean your air condition units to a T and even assess your exterior units. They can wash, dry clean and refill your gas on the spot. Would highly recommend. Whole cleaning took less than an hour. Great job!

I request to ensure that the replacement will solve my unit’s noice pollution. The operator advised the technician will check again on the spot and confirm. To my surprise, the technician said it will solve my problem, however they didn’t bring the parts. My question is how difficult for them to bring along and standby since eventually I get to know from watapps chat that the company already have the stock on hand after I decided to make another booking on 23/7 to repair again. Nevertheless, I got a booking on 1pm 23/7 and I have take another urgent off because I have faith on your company. They SAME technician who check my units on 22/7 come again and dismantle my unit and eventually just to inform me that they brought the wrong parts. I was inform to make another appointment which I will not doing it. I already have doubt on their technician products knowledge and their passion on their job. They know they going back again to same place to fix the same unit and they don’t realise they brought to the wrong items? I wasted one urgent leave for nothing. I feedback and email and they don’t bother to offer service recovery. Only take note of my feedback. Please don’t engage this company for service because they don’t care to retain and just take me as another complain customer after I spend so many on chemical wash and gas top up. I feel so regret now

Was out of Singapore for some time so did not get to use all my prepaid services. Was informed by the company that the contract expires within a year. No previous mentions of this over email/verbally. Would not recommend Skyzone to anyone.

Technicians were polite and efficient. Explained the work conducted. Admin office staff always very responsive. Scheduled technician visit within the day and repair and servicing work carried out in less than 3 days - thank you

Would like to commend the professionalism and great attitude of Skyzone’s technicians (Mr Lee and Mr Tan). They were careful in explaining what they had done for my benefit. Happy with their servicing work. Pleasant personalities too.

When I started using their service a few years ago, they were good. Over time, they may have gotten bigger and popular, eventually the service quality starts to drop lower and lower with different teams doing the work. The most recent job they can't even do a proper job with cleaning the blower fan. Feedback was given with photo of the post-cleaning and the manager even got the cheek to say "don't expect 100% clean" when no one even mentioned expecting 100% clean and gave all sorts of excuses; the job was not even 20% clean. The fact is that I have previously engaged the cleaning service a few times and I know how clean this can be cleaned and how well they did previously. I suppose I was lucky in the initial few services, and unfortunately, it appears that the service level is not consistent. This will be the last time I will ever use your company's service, there are many doing this business and pricing was not any consideration.

I would like to write to thank the team, Eddie Loong and his team mate (I didn’t get his name), who came to install the new aircon systems in my home on Saturday, 2 April 2022. Both of them did a wonderful job to install and clean up my place after installing the aircon. Eddie was very patient to explain the new features of the aircon, even though they both seemed tired after the installation. I have been using Skyzone for aircon maintenance since 2016, and am very pleased with the company’s service and their friendly staff like Eddie and his team mate.
