I've bought from this outlet twice, and I do like the coconut tarts. The crust remains crisp throughout the day, but will soften if eaten the following day. The egg tart has the same crust, but because of the filling, softens quite fast within the day if not eaten as soon as it is made. The egg filling isn't your typical filling, and I suspect it has gelatine in it to make it wobbly. The muffins at this outlet are not good - dense, heavy. My sis says those from the Upper Bukit Timah outlet are better. I give 4 stars for the coconut tart ($1.20 a piece and worth every cent and calorie), and 1 star for the woman behind the counter, who's loud and rude. I also saw her handling the muffins without gloves, and only put on the gloves after I went up to her stall.

Decent bakes. But always close early. Don't waste your time coming down if it's past 3pm.

Purchased the muffin and tarts twice and found the products to be nothing extraordinary or unique. The vendor is totally impatient, rude, conceited and has zero customer service standard. Very surprised that in this modern era, such vendor who treat their customers like the enemy still exist. It is absolutely not worth spending money and yet having to succumb to such bad attitude. It will be my last time patronizing the stall. Everyone, please spend your money elsewhere.

I picked up a coconut tart and a banana muffin both of which I enjoyed! The coconut on the tart was fresh and had the right level of crunch while not been overly sweet. What I enjoyed in both was the batter. It was fluffy, fragrant, and had just the right amount of butter. Neither was overly oily too. I did think that adding slightly more banana would have made the muffin even better. These pastries are certainly higher quality compared with many bakeries at other housing estates or neighborhoods. Price wise, it is marginally more expensive than those options though I think its justified. They also have outlets at Hong Lim Center and Tanjong Pagar Plaza and I used the recommendations there to choose. Their chocolate chip muffin looked good too and I will probably pick that up the next time I'm here.

Very rudeeee seller! No manners at all while talking to customers. My friend was tone down at first when the seller raise up volumn and trying not to have conflict with her. But she never realize her temper and keep her rude ways treating us. Ps: she has no queue no crowd at all at the moment and we were the only customer buying. Will not visit to her stall anymore and will proceed to buy from another stall nearby in HDB area

Surprised to find a muffin stall in a hawker centre. Unfortunately for us the oatmeal was all sold out. The lady operating the stall was very friendly and helpful. They were having a special. But 5 and get 1 free muffin. Initially we thought it only applied to the Coconut and Egg tarts.
